Seeing Precision trucks in the area confirmed the company was locally owned. I was behind one truck at a light and took a photo of the phone number. When I returned home, I called and Ashley immediately gave me an appointment for the next day. She was professional explained the details of the service call. My tech, Brian, telephone and asked to be earlier than appointed time. Wonderful. He explained why I was having the glitches I was experiencing and outlined remedies. HE DID THE WORK IMMEDIATELY! Brian arrived early and saw the problem I called about. Upon inspection of my 18 year old opener he discovered potential problems. I decided to go ahead with everything even tho the price was VERY high. He was very efficient in the blistering hot garage. Nice guy!
