Drew Butler was the technician who replaced two garage door motors at my home. He was polite, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He completed the work in under two hours. He explained the various options to me and I chose the one that worked best for my repair. And he has an air of trustworthiness about him that . Thus far I am very pleased with the scheduling the work and Drew.

Precision’s service technician, Andrew, arrived as scheduled and delivered excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the issue—a broken spring—replaced it, and thoroughly adjusted all components of the door mechanism. His work was highly knowledgeable and professional. I can strongly recommend the company, and if you are fortunate, Andrew will be your technician.

I chose Precision Garage Door to address the noisy, vibrating and struggling Linear opener. Drew called to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. I explained my concerns and left him to evaluate the current opener/springs. Drew explained what he found and the options. We came to an agreement and let him go to work. When he finished it was awesome how well it sounded and operated! Could not be happier. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for repair work!

Drew was extremely helpful and thorough with figuring out what was the problem with my garage door. Total time was only 2 hours from showing up to being done, having installed new pulleys, cables and springs. Could not recommend Drew and Precision enough. 5/5!
