Same day service! I called at 11:20 and they gave me a four hour window of service from 12 to 4 and arrived at 1:25. I had a broken spring. He assessed the problem and gave me options to let me choose from and was leaving around 2:50. I noticed that the garage door ran smoother and quieter after the repair. So next time when I notice the garage door jerking when it first starts movingit is a symptom of my spring starting to go bad.

I don’t normally write reviews, so me writing this means the service was spectacular. Between the customer service call to get an appointment scheduled al the way to the service, it was easy and fast. Hayden was our technician and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and gave us several different options up front about what could be the issue. We ultimately decided to get a new system installed, which came with sensors, belt, and wires. Hayden walked us through everything, gave us the pricing upfront and truthfully made this experience super easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable so we felt very comfortable making that decision on the spot. Overall, Hayden made this experience amazing. If I had a company that I owned, I would’ve offered him a job on the spot just because of his customer service and knowledge in this field. I definitely recommend!

We have used Precision several times over the year but this time they went above and beyond my expectations. The spring on our large door broke on a Friday afternoon and they sent somebody out right away. (God answered some prayers.) We were particularly impressed with the technician, Hayden. Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!

Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely.
