Very polite service rep. Was quick and diagnosed the problem. Didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener. A logic board was replaced and the door worked. The service rep. even programmed all the remotes.

I came home on a Friday after work and motor on garage door opener seized up and wouldn't open. At 5pm I called and they made appointment for 8am Saturday and showed up at 8am. The motor was under their lifetime warranty and only paid $69 for service call. They were prompt and friendly.

Dalton Merritt - Thank you so much for the professional service in repairing my mother's garage door. Dalton was courteous and helped us understand what needed to be done in the repair of our garage door. Especially appreciated the prompt response - as the damaged door happened late Friday nite and we were pleasantly surprised that we had Dalton the following morning to repair the door and upgrade the motor. and bent railings. My husband was a garage door installer in the late 80s and I understand how difficult a garage door can be to fix on your own (which definitely will use Precision Overhead Garage door service in the future). I called at 10:30 and Dalton was here at 11:35. He was professional, personable, pleasant and knowledgable. He called for an extra technician to install new motors on 2 doors, adjusted the doors and replaced the gasket on the bottom of 1 door and the rollers. I was very pleased with the service.

Terrific! I have had both my garage door openers replaced by Precision, different times. Their staff is timely, per appointment, go right to work and complete the job quickly and correctly. This time was a broken wire on one of the sensors. The problem was corrected under warranty in record time on Saturday! I would recommend this firm anytime.
