Riley was great, came right on time and went above and beyond with the replacement of my springs which broke. Left with my garage door working way better than it ever has since owning the home the last 4 years. Would highly recommend him!

Dalton and Ray are great young men, very professional, knowledgeable, and really work hard. Precision is lucky to have these 2 great guys in the field selling and installing garage systems. Thank you very much for quality work!

Got my original opener in 2016, and it's been flawless. Then, a main spring broke recently, and Precision did a great job getting it replaced with two new ones (for balance). Great work!

I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service twice now, and both experiences have been excellent—especially this most recent visit, which was an emergency. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and punctual. I really appreciate the text reminders and the photo of the technician sent ahead of scheduled appointments. This time, my garage door had been painted shut, and when I tried to open it after returning home, an internal component broke. Thankfully, Precision Garage responded quickly—even in the middle of a storm—and had my door fixed in no time. On both visits, the technicians took the time to lubricate the door as a courtesy and shared helpful advice on upkeep and maintenance to extend the life of my garage door and opener. Ron seemed to think of everything lubricating and providing a plan in case the paint on the inside of the rubber seal decided to stick again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. I absolutely recommend Precision & will use them again.

The service tech was super friendly, knowledgeable and even found me a $25 off coupon. I’ll definitely use Precision again. It’s hard to find kind, trustworthy, skillful technicians.

Donald Bush

Hayden was our service technician from Precision Garage Door Service. Amazing attention to details and professionalism. Representing the face of the company, he could not have been a better representative. So refreshing to see this type of craftsmanship still exists. I rate this company as a 10.

Technician called me to let me know he could be earlier than the time I was given. Very professional and new what he was doing. Walked me through everything that needed to be done and and was able do what I needed and still stay in budget. Great company and will refer to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Thank you for providing such great service!

I used your company in 2001 And I liked the work that was done... Cameron was a great installer, technicion... Very personable, pleasant to talk to I can't say enough about him. He's a real nice guy, real likable. He also explained everything that he was doing. Made sure everything was right before he left. And explained everything to me to make sure I knew how everything works.

Robert Groves

Cameron is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician! I will definitely ask for him by name for any technical issues.

Richard Clark

I was so impressed with my experience at Precision. My installer was Franklin and he was amazing. I asked him if the company is as friendly as they seem. Friendly is one thing, but I am more impressed with the speed and "Precision " of the experience. Thank you for your help with my garage door!

Ryan Clay

Hayden was an amazing help and fixed our garage door in under an hour at 4:00PM nonetheless . If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Sarah Kraynik

I called at 9am and told my window was between 10-2. Noah my tech gave me a 20 minute heads that he was on his way. He got there around 10 and was very professional, he explained my options in detail, and got everything done by 12.
