As a disabled combat veteran with both hearing loss and cognitive challenges due to service-related injuries, I often struggle with new technology. This young man showed remarkable patience, respect, and kindness. He walked us step by step through the app setup, the keypad access panel, and even how to add other users—making sure we were comfortable with every function before leaving. He presented himself well, maintained a professional demeanor, and genuinely cared about helping us. I sincerely wish more of today’s youth approached their work and interactions with the same level of dedication, empathy, and pride. The PGD tech called me in advance, he arrived on time and explained everything to me so I understood the issue, how he would repair it and what the cost would be. He was professional and courteous. When he was finished, he re-explained what he worked on, explained the warranty and took my payment. I have had Precision come to my home for years to make repairs and give my system a tune up. I had a Preision garage door installed in 2013 and had my first sercvice call today. The wall mount remote was failing...probably due to me pushing the button too hard. We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. He first had tried to replace the 9 volt battery with no success. I was very impressed with Connor's knowledge of the garage door system He is a very personable and a professional young man. I was highly pleased with my service from Precession Door and would recommend them to my friends.
