I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service twice now, and both experiences have been excellent—especially this most recent visit, which was an emergency. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and punctual. I really appreciate the text reminders and the photo of the technician sent ahead of scheduled appointments. This time, my garage door had been painted shut, and when I tried to open it after returning home, an internal component broke. Thankfully, Precision Garage responded quickly—even in the middle of a storm—and had my door fixed in no time. On both visits, the technicians took the time to lubricate the door as a courtesy and shared helpful advice on upkeep and maintenance to extend the life of my garage door and opener. Ron seemed to think of everything lubricating and providing a plan in case the paint on the inside of the rubber seal decided to stick again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. I absolutely recommend Precision & will use them again.

Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Chad was the technician that came out to solve an issue with a friend’s garage door. The motor was receiving an error message that pointed to a decaying grommet. The decayed grommet caused the door not to respond to the wall control button. The missing parts of the decayed grommet caused the chain to sag. Additionally, the door was very difficult to lift when the chain was disengaged. The bar containing the lifting cables was bent, rusted and of poor quality. Chad repaired and replaced the rail; lift arm, and added a torsion spring system that properly supports the door’s weight and provides a smoother, quieter lift. Chad was excellent!
