I called for a service appointment, expecting it to be after the holiday and there was availability the same day I called. Noah was my service person. I explained what I thought was the issue and he did routine maintenance on the door as well as showed me how to make it a manual working door. I also explained that I was having an issue with the opener and it was replaced.

The gentleman that came out to assist us with fixing/replacing garage door was very friendly and helpful. Even thorough it was a nasty weather day he never seemed upset to be here. He gave us not only advise on what all was needed, but type of door needed. The price was quite a bit lower than I expected (nice surprise), and said it wouldn't take long to install, can't wait for him to get it in.

Garage Door Chain broke down and door would not function. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone here in a couple of hours. The technician diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to repair the door. He had it working in under 40 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and wanted to resolve the issue. Had issue with one of garage doors, called and they scheduled a tech next day (Sunday). Technician Kyle called 20minutes before arrival. Showed up on scheduled time, reviewed issue, ran diagnostics, explained trouble with door. Provide three options with costs and information on site to fix/repair issue. Installed new equipment on site, went over operations, and set up our vehicles. Excellent service and very professional. Kyle was extremely helpful and went extra step to be sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
