I used this company previously and was very satisfied with their work. Today one of the springs broke and I again called for service. They replaced the springs and bearing plates and flanged bearing on the door and I wasn’t able to pay for other items at this time but they proceeded to do the listed work above and fixed the door which is quieter than it had been in the past. They were polite and did a wonderful job.

We decided to move forward with the repair because of their help and on Saturday, Dalton and Ray came out to perform the repairs. Mark came to assess and quote me on a new garage door, and made a stressful situation much less so. He was patient, listened to my concerns/usage/financial limitations, and clearly explained what would best meet my needs with considering my funds. He set very clear expectations on timing for the door I ended up wanting, and it was installed at the shorter of the quoted time frame range. I needed to reach out after install and was helped immediately. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would recommend him.

We do annual maintenance after years of using this company. This year we replaced the bottom seal and the tech had it with him. No need to wait! I love that they send a picture of their technician to you before they arrive. The only thing I was somewhat dissatisfied with is that no one in the office nor the technician could tell me what gold package high cycle was on an old invoice. I didn't know if it was a maintenance package we previously purchased.
