Michael Gavanditti was great. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. My battery needed replaced. He replaced it and also did a safety check on my garage door. I would highly recommend this company. They also originally installed the garage door opener.

On Wednesday, July 7, my husband came home and the garage door would not open. He thought it was the remote, then we went to the garage to check it out. It was so messed up. The rail connecting the garage door to the opener was bent and the springs on top of the door were split. We couldn't even open it manually. While I was messing with it, he happened to be looking through a local magazine and saw an ad for Precision Garage Door. We called and at about 3:40 and had an appointment for between 4:00-6:00, same day. The two technicians were prompt and explained what was going on and gave us a few options for the repair. They got right to work and the garage door was fixed that evening. They explained how everything worked. I heartily recommend this company!!

Hi Everyone: Our tech Walter helped us today and he was awesome. He announced his arrival 30 minutes in advance and was right on time. He replaced our springs and did it under a time crush as we had a medical appointment we could not cancel. He was so professional and helpful. The door works perfectly now. Kudos to Walter and kudos to Precision!!

At 8:00AM I discovered my garage door was not closing properly. At 8:30AM I called Precision Door and asked for help. At 11:30AM the Precision Door technician arrived. By 12:30 the problem was fixed, and the door was all checked out and lubed. In my opinion it was fast service done well.
