We had an issue with our remote keypad entry unit. We called Precision on a Saturday early afternoon and were told the technician would be there between 4-8 that same day. He showed up at 4, diagnosed that the unit was bad, replaced it, checked our garage door, gave us advice and was done in 45 minutes. Our tech, Hayden, was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and most of all, a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!

On Friday morning my garage door would not go down. I really wanted the door to be operational over the weekend. I looked at your site and you saw that I could set up an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 that afternoon. I was delighted and set it up. Cameron called and asked if he could arrive a little early - I was pleased. He came on time. He is a very pleasant, polite person. He examined the door and found that a sensor had stopped working. (I then realized that I had been working in that area that morning and must have smashed it myself.) He took a look at the operation of the door overall and found a couple of areas that were wearing down. He said they were likely to need replacement in a couple of years. I had him replace those parts while he was here. The door is much quieter now. I was very pleased with the experience. It could not have been better.

Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville has met our garage door needs with professional service, prompt same day appointments and fabulous down-to-earth technicians. Our first and most recent appointment was handled by Noah. First round was a Torquermaster conversion, replacing that with a tried-and-true traditional torsion spring...done in little time. On the second run my Genie had decided to throw a tantrum first thing in the morning and the typical reset this and that just wasn't working for me this time around. Noah gave it a little TLC but with a bit more patience than I was willing giving it. Both visits he was courteous, considerate, and attentive to any garage door related issues and/or needs. We sought the garage door upgrade package (which I had seen on their website) to reinforce and strengthen our door against possible hurricane damage . Our door was otherwise in good shape and did not need replacing. Ron Fogle came to our home and gave us an estimate including various options. It allowed us to retain the door we had and liked, and saved considerable money over the purchase of a new hurricane resistant door. Ron returned to do the work which he completed in about 4 hours. He did great work, was on time, and was honest in his evaluation of our situation. We would gladly work again with Ron and Precision Garage Door again in the future.
