We had a great experience! Our technician was at our house within 2 hours of our request for service. Was impressed with our technicians professionalism and determining what the issues was and giving us options as to how best to proceed. Was a little surprised at the cost but it has been years since we have had to have any work done on our garage door. We were reassured that the premium parts should last about 15 years. We recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors. Also took advantage of the coupon discounts available to us Thanks, Dick and Polly Eisenbarth

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of St. Augustine. Dalton and Colton came out on New Year’s Day, which was very much appreciated. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. They provided a detailed estimate to my landlord and made sure everything was communicated properly. Even on a holiday, their service was prompt and thorough. Dalton and Colton were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Augustine to anyone in need of reliable garage door service.

Very professional, as name suggests very precise in diagnosing the problem and provided alternative solutions, with pros & cons . Estimated cost was very close to market. Willingness to work with customer and solve the issues & concern raised by customer was addressed very professionally & immediately without any hassle. Due to this professionalism, timely response, No exaggeration on unnecessary services and competitive pricing, I will Highly recommend them as the top contender. They were my first and last call. Job done really well and Thank you.

Riley who was the service tech for precision garage door was professional, and checked the complete system to make sure there was no other issues than the spring that was broken inside the original support rod. He also adjusted the garage door sensors to the proper heigth. He cut the original rod in half to show me where it was broken which he determined was the problem during his consultation. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right and to get professional courteous service.

Awesome job! Called at 8 PM, Chad arrived next morning on New Years Eve at 8 AM and made major repairs! Every question I asked was answered with an enthusiastic "I can take care of that". Refreshing to see a professional at work instead of a worker struggling at a profession. Chad's skill combined with just having a real person answer the phone at 8 PM at night was beautiful. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door based on my experience.

Jeff installed my new garage door opener. He did an exemplary job, very professionally, in a succinct amount of time. He also was able to save me some money on the installation. He took the time to explain to me how to operate it correctly and what to do if I ever have any problems with it. He explained the warranty to me, as well. He was very thorough.

I used Precision to install a new garage door opener 7 years ago and it's operated fine since then. However, on the afternoon of Dec 31st it would no longer close without holding the control button. I was very pleased that their service person, Noah, was at my door within 90". He checked out the system and found that the sensors had failed. Bottom line, from phone call to completion of the fix was only about 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the timeliness and efficiency of the service.

Have worked with Precision before and the experience was very positive. Someone was here within two hours of when I called and it's New Years Eve. Today's technician (Jeff) was polite and knowledgeable. He replaced all worn and broken parts and had the door up and running in a little over an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them if there are problems in the future
