My initial request was for a repair; however, additional issues were discovered, and I ended up having to replace the garage opener all together... I HAVE ZERO REGRETS!!! My technician, Kalen, was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Kalen took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and helped me find an affordable solution. The new opener is fantastic and so quiet! The entire process was great! From booking the appointment to actual service being performed to today, now having a couple of days with the new system. I highly recommend Precision and will gladly use their services again in the future should the need arise. Thanks for listening. Have a good day!

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Nate performed a thorough check and tightened and lubricated everything. Once done Nate answered our questions and informed us about what was under warranty. Everything was evaluated first. reviewed with me the issues found. Repair estimate was reviewed and after my approval repairs were done. The repairs were done efficiently and completely. Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. Chad arrived and was kind and efficient. He had the door fixed as soon as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
