Had a sensor age and wiring issue. Cameron came out and fixed it within 2 hours of my call as he was close. Terrific job explaining what was going on and tuned the door as well while here. Can’t ask for better than that over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend!

The technician installed a piece metal so my garage door opener could attach to the door. The piece was too long so the screws don't properly attach to the door correctly. The piece of metal would have attached better if it was smaller or if the end of it was slightly bent. I was disappointed in the job.

For any issues that you may have regarding your garage door, please contact Precision. You will not be disappointed! They are prompted, provide great service and charge a reasonable fee. Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.
