Travis kept us informed the time he was going to show and was very informative about the repairs that needed to be done. He was efficient in the work and explicit as to the repairs that needed to be performed. He was not in a rush and asked numerous times if there were any questions or other items that needed work before he left the premises. I have a noisy door and found a coupon for nylon rollers hoping this would solve my problem. The nice gentleman who came explained to me that it would not but did find some other issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and honest with his explanations. And he was right, my door is not any quieter but it does run smoother. But it does now have a loud pop on the first opening of the day that it did not have before. I assume this must have something to do with the spring but it is working ok.

Frank called ahead and gave an ETA and showed up when he said he would. He explained what the issue was with my door sping and and gave me optioned on what I could do. The repair was done within the est. time Fran give. Frank noticed that the wheeles on the door were a little loose causing some noise and again gave me options on what I could do so I had them replaced within 20 minutes! Overall it was one of the better home owner contractor repairs I had done in a long time.

I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks - Fred
