Tommy is one of the best assets you've got at Precision. He was persistent in getting the conversion just right. He was replacing the infamous 'Torquemaster' with a new set of Precision springs and the weight of the door was tricky. But Tommy stayed with it, having to disassemble the spring combination he tried at first. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a first-rate job. I would recommend him to anybody.

Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. I was amazed when I called your company on a Friday evening and found out that there is no additional charge for "after-hours" repairs. I parked my truck, loaded with my stuff in the bed, in my garage for my early Saturday morning plans and the torsion springs broke when my wife got home and hit the opener, so my truck was stuck inside. I called your company and Frank Cassidy came out that evening, on time, and replaced the two torsion springs. He took the time to explain to me how they work, why the break, how long a normal life of a spring is, and looked over all of the other aspects of my garage door system. Very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate your service and will be calling you the next time I need something done that is garage door related.

Initially, I had a new door installed and received excellent service. After about three weeks I began having problems with the garage motor overhead which I did not have replaced when I installed the garage door. I called them about 6p one night because I couldn't let the door down. Unfortunately on that night we were having a furious storm. However, Precision Doors still came out and installed a new motor in about an hour. I haven't had any problems since that time.
