After trying two times to have my garage door serviced by the company who installed it (they supposedly sent technicians to my home twice; I haven't seen anyone yet), I found Percision through Google. I called and set up an appointment, and 5 minutes later, Percision sent me an email confirming my appointment and they also let me know what technician would be coming along with a picture (I really appreciate that). Five minutes after that, the technician called and said he was running early on his appointments and could be to my home in 15 mintues. And 45 minutes after that, my garage door was fixed. I have never experienced such awesome customer service with ANY other company providing any kind of service to my home. Chris McBee was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will surely tell everyone I know about Precision!

Wonderful, wonderful service -I can not rave enough about the service. I called late Saturday night and they had a technician out Sunday for me early so I could carry on with my work week and not be hassled with no access to my vehicle.
