I was told who my Technician would be (Frank Cassidy)and then was impressed that I was able to read about your company and see pictures and brief descriptions of all your technicians. I am extremely satisfied with the repair and installation work completed by Technician Tommy Gatlin. I expected that all I needed was an inner slide replacement to my chain drive opener, a reoccuring problem I had experienced over the years. Tommy analyzed the root cause of my problem, discussed fully how it needed to be resolved, and promptly & efficiently completed the necessary work.
