We had a single cable snap on our two car garage door with my work vehicle trapped inside the garage over the weekend. Not to mention I'm seven months pregnant and have a two year old. I was floored when I called Precision Sunday morning and they said they could send someone out that same afternoon. Frank came 30 minutes early and was courteous and professional. Frank clearly showed us our options and how the wear and tear on our 7 year old door would affect us in the near future. In the end, he was happy to simply replace the snapped cable, or carry out some preventative maintenance that would be covered by a 5 year warranty. Now we have a super quiet garage door with a 5 year warranty at a fair price. We are very happy with our decision and recommend Precision and the team to anyone who needs garage door repairs or maintenance.

Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. Although I had thought I only needed new hinges and bolts, Frank explained that by replacing my springs I would prolong the life of my garage door opener. My door had been very heavy and hard to open manually. I did not know that by replacing springs I would be able to open the door with ease. Thanks Frank!!

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

Good morning and thank you to frank. I am someone who strives to have great communication, loves teaching and talking passionately about my trait (known as customer service). When I find someone with those same qualities it is very refreshing. That was the experience I had with Frank this morning. 1 - he was 15 min early...how many service companies to do that...ever? I am such a chatty Cathy and frank was more than willing to talk about what he was doing and why he did it. Showed me some "experience" shortcuts to make the job easier. He talked about the risks and how to get longer and better performance. I asked of his past experience and he spoke of his travels around the US and how Precision is really making a name for itself. I do not know what brain washing is going on over there at Precision but keep up the great work. In Summary Frank was polite, professional and was more than willing to share his experience with me. A great technician!! I will continue to do business with Precision and recommend to anyone I speak with because of a single professional employee. All business starts from the ground up and hand shake...never forget that.

Great service and technician. Chris did not have the part on his truck so he went to meet another person who brought the correct part and Chris installed it very quickly and properly. I was very impressed that even though it is July 3 with a holiday coming, Chris rather than putting me off for a couple of days made the effort to go and get the part; great customer commitment. I scheduled an appointment to review my garage door which was broken. Sean was at site on time (a little early even!) and was extremely knowlegable and professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a full set of options, and allowed me to make a confident decision. I have ordered a door and opener appropriate for my needs and budget. This "no pressure" consult was a great experience. I'll let you know how the actual installation goes next week.

I was very happy with the actual installation of the new door. The technician was professional and even set up the limit switches and codes on the garage door opener that I had trouble setting that was not part of the install. I decided to go with Precision door after talking to the owner and he educated me in the difference between a cheaper door and his product which comes with a life time warranty on all moving parts, unlike some competitors. The only negative was the misunderstanding on actual arrival time at the house. Not much of a negative in the over all experience.

I had previously had Chris come out and fix my door. I had another probelm and had to call Chris back. He called me to see what kind of problem I had. Chris arrived on time and fixed the problem. Jason was fantastic...When he arrived I told him that I had to leave at 1:00 to go to work and he accomplished that goal. He worked extremely hard and when he was done he explained every detailed to me about the garage door,remote garage door opener,keypad,ect. Very imformative about everything. He knows his stuff really good. You can tell he is experienced and he is kind and courteous.And that is what a customer looks for. Found Precision on Angie's List. Top rated. The repairman, Travis was knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the entire system, and provided some recommendations. We opted to upgrade our old rollers to the quiet nylon type, and decided to replace other wear items. Once we committed on the repairs, he was done in a flash! Lifetime guarantee and friendly service. I will do business with Precision again when needed.

I made my selection after visiting the shop and talking with the manager. Staff reviewed all the alternatives with me on site and I elected to replace the entire door with an upgrade design. The installation went smoothly and was professionally accomplished. During the installation, I chose to have two sensors replaced and upgraded and a beefed up door to lift bracket installed.

Jeremy Hale did an outstanding job installing our new Precision garage door. His attention to detail and concern about getting the proper fit and alignment and that I was happy with the installation and final product was very impressive. Additionally, he kept me informed of his arrival times with timely phone calls, so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The sales rep, Tim Van Vuren, was professional and knew what he was doing. What I thought was just a broken spring replacement turned out to be a much bigger project when Tim's inspection revealed frayed lift wires, both springs were bad and all the rollers and bearings needed to be replaced, not surprising for a 33 year old wooden garage door. I'm a National Sales Manager for a company that designs, engineers and manufactures precision-machined, computer controlled, million dollar industrial machinery and I can spot a bad sales or service person immediately. Both Jeremy and Tim knew what they were doing and I give both of them my full recommendation and would be happy to refer them to any friend or family member. Thanks for a great job!
