I was very impressed with your technician, Tim, who not only displayed thorough technical knowledge but also, upon installation of new springs, determined that the original installers had used the wrong size. He then proceeded to remove the new springs he had just installed and replace them with the proper size. I would never have known the difference. He explained what it would take to repair my opener and the approximate time it would take to get the part. He further gave me information as to what it would cost to take care of all my needs with a new opener. I elected to have a new opener installed. Frank was not pushy and he completed the job in a timely manner. After the work was completed he explained the operation of the opener and all of the buttons. Frank did a good job.

My service call originated as a spring replacement, but there were bigger problems. The spring was stressed due to cables, rollers, spring bar, etc. Travis came out same day service and evaluated the mechanism. With great patience and the heart of a teacher, he explained to me (so I could understand it well enough to explain it to my husband) what truly needed to be repaired. The workmanship was quick, professional and the materials used were of great quality. The door works better than it ever did before and I did not know it could be so quiet!
