Frank called ahead and gave an ETA and showed up when he said he would. He explained what the issue was with my door sping and and gave me optioned on what I could do. The repair was done within the est. time Fran give. Frank noticed that the wheeles on the door were a little loose causing some noise and again gave me options on what I could do so I had them replaced within 20 minutes! Overall it was one of the better home owner contractor repairs I had done in a long time.

The technician called ahead when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem with the garage door and recommended courses of action. He completed he work efficiently checking the door and door opener to ensure all the parts operated smoothly. He explained all the work being done, showed me the old parts and described how they affected the doors operation. He recommended tips to maintaining the door and door opener that will help to extend its life. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and the technician left the garage in better condition than he found it. I would recommend this company for your garage door service or repair.

I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks - Fred

WOW! As advertised, what a great company and technician, Sean Smith. My wife saw the $98.00 special for new door rollers, tune & lube and asked me to schedule service. Right from the start the phone was answered in a friendly, professional manner. Shortly after I made the appointment an email was sent to me verifying the home info,day,time of appointment(between 2&4)and the technician's name. About 1:30 I got a call from Sean, stating that he should be here by 2:00. He was also very curtious and professional on the phone, I was looking forward to meeting him. Around 2:05 the Precision truck pulls up and I meet Sean in the garage. I was immediately impressed with his business knowledge, combined with his positive, pleassant nature, it was very enjoyable meeting him. He completed the service in no time and also did a free 25 point safety inspection on the door. He reviewed the problem areas he found with me. I know I will call Precision again when those problem areas on my door need to be fixed. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Late Friday afternoon our garage door broke and we couldn't close it. I called Precision and they said they would be out to repair it that evening. We even had a $15 coupon to use.
