Chris came out well within our scheduled appointment window. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had recently constructed a new garage and needed a door put on it. He went over several options and ideas, and was able to provide me with a detailed, very competitive bid on site. He assisted in scheduling my installation appointment. What started as a "repair" unfortunately, was diagnosed as the chain/sprocket mechanism breaking. So, we opted to replace rather than repair the unit. After installation of a much quieter unit, our metal wheels grinding against the metal track sounded horrible. We then opted to replace them with the wonderful rubber/plastic wheels. It's SO quiet. What a fabulous difference!! We're thrilled - and have a warranty. What could be better? Oh yes, the technician - who was so professional and very polite. He even programmed my car to the new opener. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for great service!

I wanted to love this company. The Office Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frank showed up, on time, and worked with me to select the best product and PRICE to suit my needs. A few days later, Kurt, showed up, on time, and did a great job installing the exact door I ordered. A few days later, I had a small problem with the door catching. I thought OK, here we go; this company already has my money, will they care that I have a problem. I called them and they said "No Problem." A couple of days later Kurt was back out, and took care of the issue in no time at all. I love this company. It was a nice bonus that the emailed pictures of the technician so I knew who was showing up. I will recommend this company to friends and relatives that need a new garage door, or a repair.

I discovered our 50 year old garage door was no longer able to be locked. It has the original door luck. I googled garage door and I clicked on your listing. I was impressed with your web page and all the information. I called your Jacksonville office and spoke with Chellcy. She sent Jason out with in two hours after the call. He arrived and I explained to him that I wanted to purchase a new garage door. He looked at my door and told me your company no longer sold my style of door that opens at a 90* on a hinge with two springs. He was very polite and helped me with securing my garage door by using two screw drivers. he was hear less than fifteen minutes. It is nice two know that I can still use my garage door and secured it from coming open and it was nice of him to help me to solve my problem with locking the door. Have a nice day; David W Durban

Repairman was very nice, and polite. I was a little confused with time, because when I called appt. was set for between 10 and 12, but email said 8 to 10. Repairman was supposed to be Frank but that wasn't the guy that showed up. Anyway, the guy that did come came at around 10 and was very nice..worked out, that's all that matters.

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and we called you this morning based on your online ad. We immediately received an email to confirm the appointment for between 12 and 2. Jon was here just about at noon. He estimated the job to take 1-1 1/2 hours. It was about 1 3/4 hours because he had to fix some previous work that was not right. He gave me an estimate for the job and the actual cost was right on the nose. He was very friendly, efficient and we were happy that he was on time. We would do business with Precision again. i chose Precision based on research conducted on the Internet. The search engine i used directed me to your company. Other than the price (we consumers always want it done for less)my expectations were surpassed. I had tension springs replaced. (One broke and the technician suggested i change the other.) I also had and upgrade to one of the cross bars on my door.

I chose Precision from their online ad because they offered a 2 hour appointment time--ON A SUNDAY!! Because one of the springs on our garage door broke sometime during the night before, our vehicles were trapped. So, we were in emergency mode: no cars = no work!! After calling Precision a little after 12 noon, Precision tech Jon Snider arrived about an hour later and set about diagnosing the problem and fixing other things that were wrong with the door because our builder cut corners 13 years earlier. While not cheap, the job was done professionally and efficiently and worth every penny! (Jon even did a few extra little things at no charge.) And Jon was as personable and polite as he could be!! And strong too: he lifted our broken double-garage door all by himself with hardly a grimace and refused to let me help for fear of damaging the door or myself! I could not be more satisfied with the service from Jon and Precision.
