Appointment time was sooner than expected and installer was on time and even called to let us know he was on his way. Gave us a quote before starting the job and completed the work in a very professional manner. Frank even reprogrammed our cars with the new garage door opener. Would definitely use Precision again.

One spring broke. Replaced both springs, bearings cable & drum and all the rollers. $690 total. Seems like The $49.95 service call fee should be waived when you have the work done. Sean did a great installation job, explained step by step the pros and cons of replacing each part. Also came same day and stayed to 10 pm to fix the door.

OMG!!!! All I can say is that Frank is the BEST!!!! He showed up on time and he explained to me what I needed replaced and what the cost would be. Once we established all that info he got right to the repairing of the 2 door springs that had broken and it only took him like 10 minutes or so. He explained how long the springs typically last and it was indeed right around the time for ours to be replaced. He also checked the wires to make sure they were in tack. I for one knew nothing about garage doors except of how to open and close them with a REMOTE I might add! LOL!! Overall Frank did an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL JOB!! Thank You Frank!! YOU ROCK!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I am extremely pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. By coincidence, our old garage door opener broke while our bathroom contractor was working in the house. He recommended Precision, and I took that referral based on my excellent experience with that contractor alone. I had not heard of Precision prior to this referral, but my experience with them earned them FIVE STARS; I would recommend them to anyone. The assigned technician was very professional. Mr. Shawn Smith arrived for the appointment exactly on time. He was very methodical in figuring out what had happened, and used a checklist to go over the condition of the equipment with me. After explaining the most likely cause of the failure, he made an appointment for the next day to replace the springs, balance the door and install a new garage door opener. Once again, he was exactly on time. His work was outstanding and especially clean, using existing holes and wiring as much as possible. It looks like an original install rather than a repair/replacement. In addition to being highly professional, Mr. Smith was also very pleasant to deal with. I especially appreciated the upfront explanation of the costs for the services and equipment. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Precision demonstrated great technical expertise and high standards of customer service; I will not hesitate to call on them again.

I called Precision after my old wood garage door (in a newly purchased home) collapsed - wheels flew out of the track and it was about to fall on my car - it would not go up or down. The only reason I called Precision was because there was a sticker from them on the garage door. Well.... Let me tell you. It was the best experience! They came right out, freed my car and secured the garage by lowering the door. They ordered a new door and opener and had it installed in 3 days. The guys that came to the house where personable and professional. They even cleaned up my garage after installation. And programmed my opener to sync with my car (something that might have taken me hours). I would highly recommend them for garage door repair or installation.

Our repair tech Frank was a nice guy and did a great job. The door opens quieter now than it did when the house was new. He explained the problems that we had and kept me updated about how much repairs would cost. We were pleased that our call was answered at 8:30 am on a Monday and that the repair tech was here by 10am. Our garage door was stuck in the down position so it was kind of an emergency. We also were impressed that we were given the name and a picture of the tech in a confirmation e-mail prior to his arrival. Your company is obviously very well managed and we will be spreading the word to our neighbors. Five Stars!!!
