Jason was fantastic...When he arrived I told him that I had to leave at 1:00 to go to work and he accomplished that goal. He worked extremely hard and when he was done he explained every detailed to me about the garage door,remote garage door opener,keypad,ect. Very imformative about everything. He knows his stuff really good. You can tell he is experienced and he is kind and courteous.And that is what a customer looks for. I deal with alot of different personalities in my line of work and I have to say that Jason went above and beyond from start to finish. Found Precision on Angie's List. Top rated. The repairman, Travis was knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the entire system, and provided some recommendations. We opted to upgrade our old rollers to the quiet nylon type, and decided to replace other wear items. Once we committed on the repairs, he was done in a flash! Lifetime guarantee and friendly service. I will do business with Precision again when needed.

I made my selection after visiting the shop and talking with the manager. Staff reviewed all the alternatives with me on site and I elected to replace the entire door with an upgrade design. The installation went smoothly and was professionally accomplished. During the installation, I chose to have two sensors replaced and upgraded and a beefed up door to lift bracket installed.

Jeremy Hale did an outstanding job installing our new Precision garage door. His attention to detail and concern about getting the proper fit and alignment and that I was happy with the installation and final product was very impressive. Additionally, he kept me informed of his arrival times with timely phone calls, so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The sales rep, Tim Van Vuren, was professional and knew what he was doing. What I thought was just a broken spring replacement turned out to be a much bigger project when Tim's inspection revealed frayed lift wires, both springs were bad and all the rollers and bearings needed to be replaced, not surprising for a 33 year old wooden garage door. I'm a National Sales Manager for a company that designs, engineers and manufactures precision-machined, computer controlled, million dollar industrial machinery and I can spot a bad sales or service person immediately. Both Jeremy and Tim knew what they were doing and I give both of them my full recommendation and would be happy to refer them to any friend or family member. Thanks for a great job!

Precision should be rated 5 stars. I needed a new garage door opener and wanted to replace the garage door with a hurricane rated door. After shopping at the do-it-yourself stores, I decided to call a couple of companies. Made a call one day. The Precision tech was out the next day, a Thursday, to show me pictures and give me options available. Their products were of better quality AND less expensive then the DIY stores. I was impressed and ordered my door and opener. The next Monday, my door and opener were installed. I didn't have to wait the 6 weeks that the DIY stores estimated as the time it would take for me to have them install these items. You have my recommendation.

The whole process from the beginning to the end was very professional. The technician very thoroughly went thru the system, pointing out the parts that needed replacing and did a very thorough job of replacing the parts and explaining how to operate the new system. We were very impressed.

My 2-car door was replaced by a "big-box store" when we bought the house about 11 years ago. It is a hurricane-rated door which is much heavier than the old one and the original springs were sacked! Also, some of the rollers were shot and the door had been very noisy from the day it was installed. Tommy called to see if it would be ok if he came about 40 minutes early (how often does that happen?). He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and a pro in every way. He did a complete overhaul on the door (new quiet nylon rollers, cables, pulleys, springs) as well as the broken trolley on our existing opener. The work was done quickly all of the old parts went into the service truck. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than when the door was new! I can't say enough about what a great experience this was thanks to Tommy and the folks in the office that scheduled the appointment. Did I mention that they provided same-day service? You can bet that when our old opener/motor needs to be replaced, I'll be on the phone to Precision!
