Late Friday afternoon our garage door broke and we couldn't close it. I called Precision and they said they would be out to repair it that evening. We even had a $15 coupon to use. Jason and Travis arrived and fixed the problem in a courteous and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Dear Precision, My sincere thanks for sending Chris to our home to service our garage door. Chris was very profession, sharing the history behind Precision and demonstrating his passion for what he do. My rating for Precision based on Chris performance and the products received is a 4.5. Rating of a 5 was not given solely because there were no literature left for future references if I want to upgrade my garage door. Although Chris stated Precision is working to make the service call more informative after the work is done; Chris did advise Precision website is always updating new service and products. More so, thanks for recognizing Military personnel with a discount. Chris McBee and Anthony responded to my call about the problem of our garage door intermittently failing to close properly. Both men were very professional in appearance and were very knowledgeable about the operation of my particular door. Chris quickly identified the cause of the problem as well as some other potential safety issues that had been overlooked by the home builder during initial installation of the door. After receiving clearance from me to correct the deficiencies, both Chris and Anthony immediately went to work and within a very short time restored the door to a safe and efficient operation. Precision Garage Door Service can be very proud of these two employees and the professional manner in which they performed their jobs.

I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year. This is the first time I have used Precision, but I would recommend your company. Thanks!

Prompt, courteous, and outstanding service. Frank the technician called to alert us of his arrival time which was well within the appointment window. He repaired the door mechanism and replaced the broken extension spring system with a torsion spring setup which was more cost effective in the long run. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up meticulously. I would recommend Precision to friends.

Chris was not only on time, but called to say he was running ahead of schedule. He was very friendly and explained the process and fees involved in repairing the springs. He worked quickly and had the job done in under 30 minutes. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work he completed and would recommend him and the company to anyone with a need. My sister had the same service completed and paid over $500. My bill was only $356. Along with completing the spring replacement, Chris also took the time to lubricate all the hinges on the door and inspect for any other problems. Thank you Chris!! A+

Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived.
