Enjoyed Travis's visit very much . Actually read his earlier on-line evals as soon as he called ahead(20 mins). He immediately pointed out the obvious trouble points, and explained why each was so. He then explained the "rebuild" package and warranty, and I was sold! Now, new cables, springs, bearing hangars and rollers later, we are quiet and SAFE! I had a pleasant experience from the lady that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the service technician. Tim the service tech did an excellent job at explaining the workings of the door and the possible reason for the spring failure. Frank called prior to the scheduled time to indicate he was on the way, which was great for me. He explained what it would take to repair my opener and the approximate time it would take to get the part. He further gave me information as to what it would cost to take care of all my needs with a new opener. I elected to have a new opener installed. Frank was not pushy and he completed the job in a timely manner. After the work was completed he explained the operation of the opener and all of the buttons. Frank did a good job.

My service call originated as a spring replacement, but there were bigger problems. The spring was stressed due to cables, rollers, spring bar, etc. Travis came out same day service and evaluated the mechanism. With great patience and the heart of a teacher, he explained to me (so I could understand it well enough to explain it to my husband) what truly needed to be repaired. The workmanship was quick, professional and the materials used were of great quality. The door works better than it ever did before and I did not know it could be so quiet! I chose your company by looking on line and was very pleased with my choice. Tim was a great technician and was very pleasant. He did a great job of installing my new door opener and replaced the springs and rollers as well and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He explained all the features to me and finished the job in a timely manner. I was impressed that he cleaned up all the mess from the old one that was removed as I have had many services in the past that have left there mess behind.I would definetly recommend your company and would tell them to ask for Tim as their technician.

I saw Precision on Angie's List and I was stunned that Tim was able to come out on the same day that I called. I needed the bracket that holds the center of the spring to be repaired, the bottom bolt had stripped out of the wood and the whole bracket had twisted. My garage door openings are shorter than standard, making the original installation very cramped, but Tim made the needed repair in short time. I will be sure to call for future repairs or rebuilds as I was very happy with the whole experience.

Travis was the man and he was polite and too the point when he told me what needed to be done. The cost was more than I had expected and he was very good in explaining what would be the best fix. I couldn't be any happier with the service. Our garage door opener decided on a Friday evening to quit working properly. I called Precision on Saturday afternoon and they answered! No voicemails to leave, no recordings and they said a tech could be there Sunday morning! There was no charge for it being the weekend either. Frank came out and looked at our opener, gave me a quote to fix it and a quote to replace it. In the end it was just better to replace it. And now, not only does it work correctly, but it is 1000x quieter! It also only took about an hour to replace which was great! Throughout the whole thing Frank explained everything and made sure I understood the problems. I would 100% recommend both Frank and Precision to anyone with a garage door problem. :D

Aer doing quite a bit of online garage door service repair websites, I specifically chose this company because of the positive online reviews and their assurance of providing service in a timely manner. With a spouse that often travels, and speaking as a woman that doesn't feel overly comfortable with service techs in my home when he's away, I appreciated being able to see the information about each of the service techicians allowing me to know a little bit about them before my appt. Appointment window was 10am-12pm. Travis called at 10am and arrived 30 min later. work was to repair garage door that a construction crew knocked out of alignment and bent a track. Travis expiditiously replaced the track and aligned both sides. He also replaced rollers w/ nylon full bearing ones (much quiter). I also had him replace the bottom weather stripping which was request by me as long as he was there. Door in manual mode can be easily lifted with one hand. Very satisfied w/ work quality, price, and Travis.
