Jason with Precision was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in the day our garage stopped operating. WE replaced our operating system on our garage door - it is nice and quiet and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Your company was recommended by my daughter (Sandra St George). She told me that you had always done a good job on her garage door. Great explanation of why my garage door wasn't functioning properly. Explained clearly what had to be replaced to make it work again. I was completely satisfied with the knowledge & performance of Bill Schultheis. Richard N. Scoates

I chose your company because your ad on Google Chrome came up on the top of the list and when I called the receptionist was courteous and I felt comfortable dealing with your company from that point forward. Sean did an excellent job even though the heat may have gotten to him and he wasn't feeling well but finished the job. I would recommend him and your company to anyone needing garage door work. The only thing I'm missing is I didn't see an owners manual anywhere so if I could have one sent to me I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Exceptional service from Frank and Devin! They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They gave me a very thorough explanation of the installation and mechanics of my new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company!

Called for service and first and foremost a live person answered the phone. I was given a service date of 13 July of which was on a Sunday and I asked will there be an additional charge for Sunday service and was told no.The tech called about a half hour prior to his arrival an did arrive on time. He assessed the repair need and quoted a price prior to performing any work.I had som additional work performed and now I fell confident that as far as the door operation it should work problem free. Thank you so much for being in business and any additional service or repair will be performed by your company.

I really liked the confirmation email with pictures of the technicians. It's a great idea to get confirmation of appointment and also for safety purposes, to know what the technician looks like to avoid letting a stranger into my home. You all were able to fix my door on the same day that i called. Terrific service!

Thank you for servicing my door the same evening I called. Brett is an excellent employee very personable and a very knowledgeable technician. After already working a 12 hour day and arriving at my house at 8:30pm and accomplishing what he did in the heat and rain was impressive. Good company great employee, Thanks again.

The service was great, the same day service couldn't have been better! It would have been really bad to get stuck in the garage without being able to get the car out! The technician did a fantastic job not only on the service, but on explaining the differences between all of the options. Very knowledgeable. Thank you for everything!

Your two technicians were on time and immediately noticed that the color I picked for the new doors did not match the house very well. I was contacted and approved a different color that they recommended. It looks good. It took them slightly longer to make the replacement of door and opener because of needing to go get the right color panels, but they were polite and very good. So far I am very satisfied.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Frank was professional and knew what he was doing. I had springs replaced, new garage door opener, and new rollers put on. He gave me facts only, and explained things to me, when I asked a question. He was also fast and efficient. On a Sunday, to boot. I really appreciate not having to wait until a work day for service. Thanks guys for your help.

On a Saturday afternoon after the 4th of July, my garage door wouldn't close, was crooked and made lots of noise. I found Precision on the Internet, liked the detailed information on the web and made a phone call. An email confirming the appointment gave instructions on getting more information about the tech, including his photo. Within 2 hours, a technician was at my home and the garage door was repaired by an experienced, courteous tech. Excellent and accurate advertising and service.

Precision Door was great! I have to thank TREMENDOUSLY Gil Ravan. Unfortunately, he had to come out to my house twice. My house was built in 1970 and the door, framing, etc, is not up to today's standard and size, so a custom made door had to be done. He came out the first day and spent all day working on the door only to have to come back a week later because the top panel was the incorrect size. He came back the 2nd time and spent over 4 hours putting everything together and had a great attitude and was wonderful to have at my house replacing my door. I am so happy. He did a great job. The company has a great employee. Thank you so much. The door looks great and works well!!

Thought I was calling OverHead Garage Door Co. Glad I got Precision instead. The Service Technician was on time, very knowledgeable, polite and did an outstanding job of installing the equipment and was a top notch representative for your company. I would highly recommend Tim and your company to the many, many, many people I know. I am the Food Service for our Church, Deermeadows Baptist, it's a large Church and I know hundred's of people. I am going to recommend your company to the Property Management Company that takes care of renting my property. Thank you. Ken Elder

Although a young technician he was thorough and concise. While doing an inspection of the door and hardware he noticed the cables starting to unravel and fray. He indicated that in the future this could be a problem possibly causing the door needing to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the cables. The door opens and closes with no trouble now. Thanks Chad.

We had the pleasure of working with Gil from Precision Garage Door. What originally we thought was just typical maintenance turned into a significant repair as Gil from Precision explained how Garage Doors work and why our Garage Door was making noise and so difficult to open manually. Rather than wait for the springs to break we opted to repair all parts of the system, including rollers, cables, and springs. Gil was Professional, Prompt, Fast and Courteous! Thank you for sending Gil to assist with our Garage Door.
