We chose Precision because we needed a company that worked on Wayne Dalton garage door openers. We had the springs repaired last year & were warned the main unit would break soon. When it did break today, I was Extremely impressed by the promptness of Precision to send a tech! Tim's timing was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the repair situation, offered us the special, which I thought was a good deal & accepted it; Tim did the work, expeditiously but thorough. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15' door. Just a suggestion... Add the "service performed" - Quote for a new door

Gil did an excellent job. He pointed out some other deficiencies besides the obvious broken spring. We replaced the rollers and end bushings and that helped quiet noisy operation. Gil was right on time for the appointment. He explained "garage door maintenance" also. I thought I would have to wait till Monday. I will rate your service 5 Stars. Thank you Carl Herrmann
