My Technician Kody called ahead and was here promptly at the stated time. He replaced both 30 year old torsion springs (one was snapped the other just too old). Door balance is now perfect. Very easy to move manually. Door opens nice and smooth now via my Genie Opener. Opener had a small problem but I opted to fix that myself (retired electronics tech so easy for me). Kody did an excellent job and I have no problem recommending him for future work. Thanks Kody !!

I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with Precision Door Service. We heard a loud bang in the garage, and came out to find that we couldn't open the door. I literally had no idea what had happened to it. I found your company on an internet search, and, after reading over a dozen reviews, decided to give you a call. From the very first conversation I had when describing my problem to the quickness of your response to be able to come out was exemplary. The technician (Sean Smith) called to let me know when he would be here, and without fail, he was right on time. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole service call. He explained all the options quite well, even going into detail about the quality of your products. The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely be recommending your company and services to my neighbors and friends. In my honest opinion, we need more companies like Precision Door Service in the world for this kind of service used to be the norm, but sadly most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line, and not the customer. Again, thank you for such a humbling and expedited experience. This kind of service truly gives me faith that we still have people in this world that care about their customers!

Called in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next morning. AJ was on time, as promised, and immediately diagnosed the problem. After electing to go with the fix instead of the replacement of the door, AJ got to work and had everything working within the hour. Very pleased and thankful for the quick response and excellent service.

My technician, Bill Schultheis, called prior to arriving and was very professional in appearance and demeanor. He inspected the door after I explained my issues and gave me his opinion and recommendations. After agreeing to the work, the job was completed efficiently and without problem. All work and guarantees were explained and phone number left for any problems or follow up issues. I would recommend Bill and Precision Garage Door Service for any garage door issues.

I chose Precision door because you installed a new garage door for my family around September of 2014. We love the door!. Michael came this morning within the time frame that we were told he would. He was extremely courteous and I felt that he reflected an attitude that Precision cares about their customers. He was impeccable in knowledge, very professional and explained everything in a manner that I could understand and implement. Michael is a definite asset to your company. If all your employees are like Michael, Precision will be around for a very long time. Thank you, Bobby Baker

Thank you for coming out the same day that I called and the time that you said you would. Our garage door springs broke and we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Your technician, Michael was the most polite young man. He did his job well. He's a great employee. My daughter will be calling you today as her springs broke last night. Thank you.
