He advised that my door and springs need work & replacement also, but was able to do enough that I can use it fine for now. Good representative for company. on 9-17-2015, I went to open my garage door not knowing a ladder was leaning against the railing. When the door met the ladder the damage happened. I tried to close door but made it worse. This was around 3:00pm. Panic set in. I remembered I got the "Mirror" magazine in the mail. Precision was the first Garage Repair ad I saw. Ad was nice, friendly and drew my attention. I called, explained this issue and I think your receptionist heard the panic in my voice. She set me up with a Tech to come to my house with-in the hour. She called back with-in 45 minutes to let me know "Bill" was on his way. Bill showed up and had my garage door fixed with-in a hour. He was extremely professional and friendly. He knew what he needed to do and did it. My garage is full of tools and wood and he had to work around some of the items that could not be moved because they were to close to the door. I can not tell you what Premier Customer Service to workmanship that was shown to me through out this time. I am a recent widow and I'm learning my way in the single world again. I work at Mayport Military Base and Customer Service is our #1 priority. Your company has a 5-STAR rating from me from first contact to finished results. I will be recommending your company to all I come in contact with. Very impressed. Later that night I looked through the Mirror and found quite a few Garage Door advertisements, and yours still was the best. Being the first ad in your industry to be seen in the Mirror was a smart business move.

When I researched garage door companies the one thing that stood out was that you have a very informative website and that you are on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment Heather was really nice. My tech was Tim Van Vuren. He was very prompt ,courteous, explained everything to me & answered the questions I had patiently. He did an excellent job of installing the garage door opener, rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door! I give 5 stars to Tim as, again, he did an excellent job! Keep up the good work & great customer service as it's greatly appreciated!

When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

From the minute Michelle contacted me (which was about 10 minutes from online submission) to the minute Jeremiah left my house I received the best customer service ever!.
