Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem with the door very quickly. The install bolt heads had a ridge on them that was catching on the side of the rollers and causing a loud snap as the door was being raised. He replaced the bolts with rounded heads and the problem was gone. BTW, I called in the AM, got the visit by 2PM the same day and that's pretty darn good response to a customer.

I chose Precision due to its high BB rating and would give 5 star rating. The installer Michael Gavandalli was very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. My only wish would be to have given a better Senior Citezen Discount.

Called about 10:30 but they were able to give me an appointment for that day. Tech called me twice to let me know when he would arrive. Work was done quickly and everything is working again. Good, because I could not get my car out of the garage.

Every thing about this transaction went smoothly, from the initial contact to inquire about service, to setting the appointment, and the coordinated, timely arrival of the technician, Kody Hohman at the appointed time. After inspecting the system, Kody quickly diagnosed the situation, taking the time to explain the cause of the problem, and his solution. Kody had the parts on his truck, and the garage door was back in operation in short order. Kody was very personable and efficient and an excellent representative of the company. Many thanks!

Garage door wouldn't open, so I called for service. Ryan showed up 15 minutes early (a good thing) and spent time looking over the door and opener for the problem. After a good review, he gave me several options and I chose a new opener and rail. Ryan installed the new opener and adjusted the door to make sure it closed perfectly. Now I can barely hear it opening and closing! Ryan did a great job and I'll definitely call again if I need anything. I'll also refer my friends and tell them about your excellent customer service.

Some time ago you installed a new garage door for me. We're very pleased with the new door; and, especially with the service provided. Recently the door began to malfunction so I called for repair. The technician came out the day I called and showed up even a little earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, as with all your technicians; diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue within minutes of arrival. He even had a spare part on the truck that he installed at no charge. After the repair, he greased all the bearings and only charged a minimal service call fee which is about half of what I'm accustomed to paying other service providers. Thanks for always being there when needed.

Very impressed with Precision Door Service: same day service, friendly staff that took my call and scheduled the appointment as well as the technician: Sean Smith that did a "Great" job of servicing my door. I will refer them if someone should ask and will call Precision again for any additional overhead door service. Thank You.
