Garage Door would not open this morning-I called Precision Door before 8:00 am and had an appointment set for between 10 and 12 the same day. Service man called me before 10 and said he would be at my home by 10:45-he was there promptly and fixed the door and installed a new key pad opener for us. I've been using Precision Door for over 10 years and will never use another Garage Door Company. Precision Door is very professional, honest, on time and thorough. I was impressed that the service man that came out has been with Precision Door for 10 years!

Jason was prompt, examined the garage door to detect the problem and explained the solution to fix it. He figured the cost before starting work and finished within the time frame he quoted. We ended up purchasing both springs and bar. Repairman was courtious, professional and efficient. Prices were a little steep but we find that with every repair that we need. Senior citizen discount did not apply to the particular package we chose either.

My garage door was off the rails. Called Precision and set an appointment for the next day, Sunday Morning 8 - 10 AM. Michael called to say he was on his way and arrived at 7:50 AM. Very polite, assessed the situation and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Cleaned up and presented an invoice reminding me that Precision doesn't charge extra for weekend work. The charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Thank you

I got same day service when my garage door had suddenly come crashing down and had it was off-kilter to the point that one side was about 1 1/2 feet off ground. It had to be fixed that day, especially with opening being large enough to allow thieves to enter. I was happy they could not only come that very day, but that their service men showed up within the two hour time range that was promised. Both service men were professional and courteous. They gave me a full assessment and complete estimates (two possible options), and thoroughly explained what was needed. They worked very efficiently and did an excellent job fixing my broken cables, straightening a bent rail, realigning my double car garage door, replaced worn rollers and even nailed back in place a piece of wooden trim that had popped loose due to the force of door crashing down. I also liked the discounts that were applied (promotion coupons I did not know about), and the easy way of paying with a credit card and the detailed receipt I received via email. When I called for service, my call was also handled professionally, politely and efficiently. I even received an email confirming my appointment. I will use this company again.

Very pleased with knowledge and service. Problem diagnosed, options presented, and parts on the truck to do the work immediately. An hour and a half later I had a new belt-driven motor, new wheels, hubs, springs, etc... The door opens and closes and is pleasantly quiet. With all of life's noise, it's nice to have a quiet garage door.

Nick came to my home initially to perform the $98 tuneup but during the door inspection he found many things that failed the inspection which I verified. My door wasn’t installed correctly which caused hinges to break and the guide rails to twist. Instead of wasting money on a damaged door that was not hurricane rated I chose to purchase a new door with the PDS heavy duty hardware and limited lifetime warranty. Nick was very informative and knowledgeable about proper door installation and all the code requirements that go with it. I was surprised to find out that my door was most likely installed illegally, definitely not meeting code requirements. It’s nice to find a company that cares about the customer’s needs and gives you the information you need to make an informed purchase!

Awesome service, Frank meet me at the house at 1730, Frank start on install right of way, also he gave options of choices of opener install was quiet and quite efficient I watch him install the garage opener, and very professional and give me good suggestions about how quiet and nice was to see my garage door motor was very quiet. My Wife couldn't believe how quiet the Garage Door going up and down smoothly. Left the space nice and clean, look like he wasn't never there. Thanks for good service.

What started off as a scary & disappointing experience with this company...turned out to be an amazing one instead! I sent a PM to them about our experience and within minutes they responded, sent a NEW tech (Frank) out to our home, replaced out broken spring, tightened loose nuts and bolts, within 30 minutes I could open my garage door again and Precision Door Service of Jax did all of it at NO CHARGE. They proved they are a company with integrity. They keep their word and strive to make their customers happy. I will long sing their praises and when we can afford a NEW door for our garage, they will be the company we call!
