Jeff the service technician is very professional taking time to clearly explain the difference in garage door openers. He completed installation of opener, remote keypad and door wheels in less time than 90 minute estimate. He went thru keypad and remote setup and usage. Exceptionally efficient door service technician.

The first things I noticed was that your truck was new and clean and your tech was professionally dressed. The tech was great! Jason was great! My Dad is 96 years old and I felt like Jason was very kind to my Dad. He explained to him what was wrong with the garage door and told him what he was doing to fix it, he also explained that there were some other issues that needed to be addressed (which my dad probably didn't hear half of it) but Jason explained it anyway and then sent me a copy of the invoice along with the recommendations. I'm thankful that you sent someone like him to deal with an elderly man who truly appreciates it (and his daughter too). Jason gets 5 stars from this family. Precision. The word means quality. Precise. Etc. I called at 6am. They had door fixed by 10am. The young man new his craft very well. Garage door repairs are expensive. However, as a home owner if you are not schooled in the mechanics and dangers of messing with them it’s best to leave the work to the experts. Your eyes, fingers, overall well being and life will be the better for it. They can maim you. Or worse. I use my door a lot. I sleep better and have more peace of mind and security knowing that it was repaired properly. I liked the repairman. He was forthright, expert, and very nice. Thank you Precision. I contacted your firm due to the fact one of my garage doors was damaged by vehicle contact. Mark was the representative that came to my home. Mark was very patient in listening to my story of how the garage was damaged, and I explained to him I did not have a frame of reference in regards to price and value with garage doors. He took the time to evaluate the state of my damaged door, offer honest feedback on its present condition being operative but irreparable, and provide me with numerous replacement options for the near or distant future. I appreciate his advice and when I am prepared to move forward with the replacement Mark will be the person I call for the job. Thank you for your excellent service it is greatly appreciated.

Called Precision at 7:30 am and the service department told me that they could come between 8 and 10 am. The technician would call when he was headed my way. At 7:40 he called and said that he would be there at 8. I couldn't believe it. He arrived at 8:05and promptly diagnosed my problem. He explained my options and told me it would take him approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He finished the job in the stated time. He explained every thing that he had done. He explained the warranty and what I would need to do to prolong the life of the parts he had replaced.

My garage door quit working on a Friday night. I called that night and they sent out a technician the next day. He had my new door installed right away after informing me what the problem was. I had an old door that was noisy, with this new one I can barely hear it.
