Your installer, "Dan" was courteous, very professional and took the needed time to explain everything to me that helped me to understand about the new installation of the entire garage door and the hardware that was installed. He even reviewed the guarantees, both that your company holds as well as the ones that are through the manufacturer. I really was impressed with the neat clean order that he left behind in my garage when his job was completed! Very pleased with Precision Door Service. My garage door broke on Sunday morning as I was leaving for church. I called at 9:30 and had an appt. for 11:00. The technician, Jason Padrick, was prompt and gave me several choices. He was patient while I called my husband to talk to him. He repaired the door within an hour. Very excellent service from the call center to the repair job. Will definitely recommend.

I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I'm out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.

I've used Precision Garage Door Service on three occasions for different needs. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and quick to resolve whatever problem I had. The most recent issue was adjusting the door opener because I replaced my driveway with pavers. I strongly recommend them for any issues you may have with your garage door or opener.

The serviceman was great to deal with. He did a very good job with the opener that as not working , the new one he programed is great and he went out of his way to set up our new car to open the garage for me. He was great to deal with. He is always welcome to come to our house to work for us. I had a stroke about three years age and he treated me with grear professionalism and care . He did a great job for us.
