There was an item purchased but it isn't listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.

My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn't come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. Should the need arise again for garage door repairs either at my rental or home, I will think twice before calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service,
