This was a follow up to my recent spring replacement. Put in a new opener and was having trouble, manufacture said Springs were too tight. Jason adjusted them and then helped me troubleshoot my problem. Turns out I had a bad opener and he recommended a different brand. Got the brand he recommended, installed it and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

My technician’s name was Wesley. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything about the repair needed and the charges and then asked if I had any questions. He repaired the garage door in a timely manner and explained everything he had done. I found Precision on Angie’s List and used them because I was happy with a previous job they did for me. Those interested in using them will not be disappointed.

Technician could not duplicate the problem while here. He gave me a couple of points to watch for to make his diagnosis easier next time. You have replaced just about everything on the garage door, except the door itself, which is in good condition, so I was a little set back when I had to pay a $49 service charge.

Mike is definitely 5+ stars in professionalism, product knowledge, & install/service expertise! On the other hand, your products are a little too overpriced, I think - It must be the consequences for buying a lifetime warranty. 250$ each for springs?.. 90$ for a pair of cables?... and so on!. So in my opinion, I can only offer you a 3- stars in cost-effectiveness. Because of your service quality, I will definitely consider you again in the future. Thank you!

Unable to contact my previous overhead business. As a result, checked names on computer and found Precision Door had excellent rating. Appointment made on 2/25/2020 @ 10:45 and received service same day @ 3:45. The representative knew exactly what to do. Changed a hinge that was broken, put roller back in frame and was on his way.
