They were very fast to respond as I called at noon and the work was finished by 6:30 same day. Sean was very courteous and efficient. He really knew what he was doing and did it with greatest of ease and competence. He also checked his worked at end and adjusted the garage door opener which I had installed to ensure all were operating properly. Thank you so much and special thanks to Sean.

Ryan Lanczak arrived a little early which is always good. He did a great job of explaining every and got my permission for every thing he did. I called Precision because you came out a couple of years ago to install new opener and some other things needed for no extra charge. The young man was so nice, pleasant yet business like. Same man came back once again for something minor. Have recommended your Co to others. Was just as impressed today as I was previously. Will continue to use and recommend Precision. Cory responded quickly, explained our problem thoroughly, and gave us options for us to choose. Then, the proceeded to work methodically and expertly. Any time we had questions, he stopped and explained. Then, at the end he showed us how to operate all equipment and have our cars synchronized with the garage door opener. I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !
