Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an 'out of the box' remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife's treatments and his imagination in fixing our door. It works great!

My neighbor, Ms. Scott, has used Precision for her garage door. She recommended you. Hayden Saari was my service tech and he was friendly, informative, professional. Michelle helped me on the phone and she was just as friendly, informative, and professional as Hayden. I am purchasing door/motor/windows-lifetime warranty.

I contacted Precision Door after watching their ads about delivering prompt same-day service. I am very impressed as I was contacted immediately by their service technician and within 45 minutes the technician was on-site. Very prompt and knowledgeable service was delivered.

Not only was Precision prompt in responding to a call to replace our broken garage door opener, but they exceeded expectations in all areas: * Customer Service answered questions and provided options for new openers (with pricing and detailed pdf files) before the technicians arrived, allowing time to review. * Technicians (thank you Jeremiah and KB!) were prompt to the appointment, calling ahead with their ETA. Upon arrival, they were incredibly courteous, explained all options, and were very diligent in their work. I would highly recommend Precision; their great reputation is well earned!

Our technician "Nate" was very very informative about our system. He showed us things to be on the lookout for because of the age of the product. His sense of humor also brought multiple moments of good laughter. He is a very good asset to your company.

I saw an ad in Mint magazine and I research Precision Garage Door on the Better Business Bureau's website. I now have first hand experience with Precision Garage Door and will be using this company for ALL future garage door needs. Alan Harp was earlier than I really expected, based on previous experiences with other companies, and was very business like, but friendly. Very professional. I will be requesting Alan for future work. Thank you very much. Ed

With our previous garage door motor 25 years old Nate convinced us to replace it rather than patch the old one. He wasn't pushy but he presented a good case for replacing it. He seemed interested in reducing any future problems we might have. He is a real asset to your company. I appreciated his explaining everything before, during, and after the installation. We now have an extremely quiet and worry free garage door. Thank you and thank Nate for the quick response in resolving our garage door needs. Hope the new one lasts as long as our previous one and I hope I am still around to call Precision Door. That might be a little bit too optimistic on my calling you then. After all I am 80 years young/old. Ha!

I called Precision door on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Michael, our tech called to advise of his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed the problem (broken spring) and he explained the options that would address that and possible some other aging parts. He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and thorough with his work. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time. Two years ago our house was sold...door spring broke the next day after closing. I called and they came the same day. Had to wait a couple of days this time, not a problem, the job was done and we are satisfied.

Haydn was the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable. He called ahead to see if he could come early and it worked out great. He did a great job. My dad was a pioneer in the overhead garage door business up in Massachusetts in the 50's and 60's. Watching Haydn work brought back many old memories. He was patient enough with me to listen to all my old "Dad" stories. Courtesy and customer service go a long way in my book. I'm the Treasurer of our HOA here in Stone Creek and Precision will get my strongest recommendation when people ask. Thanks,

I called Precision at 1:45 PM and was given an appointment for 4 PM to 6 PM. Technician arrived on time and was finished in 40 minutes. He was professional, explained everything that was going to be done and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism everyone I talked with at Precision and most of all what it cost me in repairs.
