I purchased my garage door opener, spring, etc., from Precision 8 years ago, and I have them service it every year. The technicians are always on time and courteous, and the service fee is reasonable. Service people for other things in my home always comment on how quietly my garage door opens. I've been very pleased with Precision.

great job by AJ....he fixed my problem in a few minutes and also resolved another problem with a noisy door on opening. There was no charge other than the $49 reasonable service call charge. Precision is my company when my garage door needs service.

Our technician called the same day I called for service and asked permission to come an hour earlier than we were scheduled. I was thrilled to be able to get on with my day. He rang the doorbell and spent time talking about what I wanted. I noticed he was clean cut,well groomed and polite. He spent time evaluating my existing system and made recommendations. He replaced my steel rollers with vinyl ones and I am happy. He left a sticker on my door and I will call again if issues arise in the future. Thank you precision door service.

Needed a repair because of pully jammed. Called and within an hour had a repairman at my door. He explained everything and even showed me how it all worked. Less than 1 1/2 hours, he had replaced the springs that were worn and realigned the door. Great job just days before Christmas. Absolutely would recommend this company to my family and friends.
