Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an 'out of the box' remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife's treatments and his imagination in fixing our door. It works great!

With our previous garage door motor 25 years old Nate convinced us to replace it rather than patch the old one. He wasn't pushy but he presented a good case for replacing it. He seemed interested in reducing any future problems we might have. He is a real asset to your company. I appreciated his explaining everything before, during, and after the installation. I called Precision door on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Michael, our tech called to advise of his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed the problem (broken spring) and he explained the options that would address that and possible some other aging parts. He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and thorough with his work. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time.
