The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the springs with stronger ones and the worn out rollers with new ones. lubricated all the hinges and rollers. The door goes up and down smoothly now, and without all the squeaks and pops it had before. I can't be any happier with the work. The were very prompt as well, I called yesterday and it is repaired today.

Communication between customer, scheduler, customer service and technicians is a nightmare. I got 9 emails about the same job. Had to make 4 phone calls and occupied my entire day on a very simple repair. I don’t want this posted but - I hope the management looks at this they’re the problem. The employees are actually nice.

We arrived at your property at the time that was scheduled by you and could not get in touch with you. That caused us to have to leave the property and for you to have to reschedule at a time that you would be available. I apologize if this was a little frustrating, however I am sure that you can understand that we can not go into a home and make repairs without authorization. Again, thank you for your feedback and please let me know if you would like to discuss this further.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy
