Good install techs. Arrived on time. Called in advance. Door looks and works great. Only negative was no mention was made that I needed receipt to get warranty work on previously purchased opener. One would assume company would track customers warranties or ask in advance to bring paperwork.

Jason, I liked what Sean told me about the garage doors your company installs. The estimate though just gives the total price. Called and spoke with Michelle; she was going to send an itemized estimate so I could see what costs are involved with the installation and door. Have not received the itemized report. I did like what Sean said opposed to another estimate from another retail outfit. Please send itemized estimate so I can more than likely have your company (Precision) do the door. Thanks B Sanders

Excellent service and technician, Brandon was great examined the problem gave me the choice to fix or replace the parts that were malfunctioning. Being the age of the parts elected to replace. price was very good for service call and parts. Excellent technician representing precision door. Tim Van Vuren called earlier than the appointment time and informed us of his expected arrival time. He listened to my explanation of the problem, offered his recommendations and we agreed. He told us it would be possibly three and a half hours to complete and he had scheduled four additional customers for the day. He notified his office of the delay and they in turn notified the next customers following our service call. The new motor, springs, rail, and motor are so quiet. We are sincerely glad we called Precision. Thank you.

I used another garage door repair service earlier this year, and the tech came, installed the universal remote, programmed the keypad, and left all within 10 minutes and charged me $100. I was very disappointed. Cody was a delight when he came and fixed the issues with my garage doors. He was patient and explained everything to me…even gave me the steps to program the remote if it went on the fritz again. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well. Happy to recommend him for outstanding service and am very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door Services. Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.

This company is awesome! I called Precision after 8 PM this past week for an issue with the garage door at my wife's house and they were there the next day! It turned out to be a simple fix and they took care of it with professionalism and certaintl.
