Needed to have the original rollers replaced on our garage door. Frank did so using the quiet nylon rollers. He also reinforced the internal keypad on the wall. He also provided us with a newly programmed remote since we misplaced one of ours. Project was completed in less than an hour and the garage door is now functioning properly. Thanks, Frank!

Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

Following an assessment of our failing garage door opener, Frank (Precision Tech) provided us with a number of product and cost options to fix the problem. We selected a belt-driven opener and Frank had it installed in less than an hour. He reviewed the new opener features with us and answered all our questions. Precision Door Service did a terrific job! Nate was our service technician. He was very professional, polite and accommodating with my numerous questions. We needed a spring replaced and other worn various parts. When I inquired about the our non-functioning remote keypad, he was able to replace the keypad with a new one. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others.

I was having problems with my remote not working, Nate Lewis came out, very knowledgeable,professional and all around cool guy. He explained in depth how and why garage door openers fail. After trying different remotes and receiver to no avail, I ended up getting a new opener. Nate had the work done in an hour or so and the price was less than I thought it would be! I highly recommend Nate and Precision doors for any problems you have with yours! Thanks !

Positives: Very professional organization from top to bottom. The girl who took the initial call got a guy out the same day; he, in turn, showed up promptly and worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They were both courteous and knowledgeable. That doesn't happen by accident, especially these days. The new opener is quiet and better than the one I had. Negatives: I have an issue with the new keypad. It is a downgrade from what I had. It doesn't allow guest codes, and it also needs a code to close the door from outside. I would have liked to have known beforehand if a better keypad was available, I'd have paid for it. We go in and out of our garage door a lot - it is our main point of ingress and egress - and don't normally used the car remote. So keying in code to close the door every time is tedious, and changing the code every time we want to let a guest in is not good either. I made this known to customer service, the technician contacted me and said he would look into options and then never called me back. One star ding for that. Overall very positive, but the issues I mentioned will be an every day reminder that they didn't follow through.

Called having seen you advert in Int Magazine and being unable to open garage door Saturday Morning after Christmas. Technician arrived on time as promised, spotted a broken spring and got right to work to replace it. Offered 2 options and explained the differences. Replaced all the rollers on both doors, lubed the rollers and chains and picked up every bit of refuse created. Very professional. No additional charge for weekend. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.
