Excellent service. When another place made appointments only to cancel and delay, Precision was able to work me in same day. Very pleased with promptness, knowledge, and work of the technician. Do not make the same mistake I did, call Precision first.

The service tech (Alan) was extremely professional, courteous and fix our problem in 30 minutes that would taken other companies 2 hours. We have previously used another garage door company and tried Precision for a fresh look at our garage door opener. Will not use anyone in the future but Precision.

Reggie ranks above almost everyone of the people we have had come to our home for repairs etc. He called ahead of time and said if we wanted he could come earlier. We deeply appreciated him doing this. He arrived with gloves and mask, as we requested. He looked at the garage door, and immediately identified the problem. It was a broken spring. We agreed on the project and he immediately went to work. We could not believe how fast and accurate he was. He lubricated our door, cleaned up and was done in record time. Reggie is a superb representative of your business. Without question, if you have a rewards system for outstanding employees, he should given one immediately. I don't say this lightly since I have run many business, government and other wise, and you just don't find many people as qualified, polite, and efficient as Reggie. Because of him we will tell many of our friends and family about our experience and recommend that if they need garage door service, call you!! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to tell of our superb interface with Reggie and your business. Admiral and Mrs. Thomas Hall

I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!

I have to say I am honestly blown away at the service I received from this company. My husband and I bought a house with a 3-car garage. The doors were not working properly. I called Precision simply expecting to get on their schedule for an inspection/repair. Nope....much better. A service guy actually arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired the doors. Definitely EXCEEDED my every expectation including price. GREAT JOB!!

After dealing with less than stellar home builders, landscapers and pool builders it was great to find a business that first of all showed up on time, provided a quality product and was very customer friendly. My wife and I would highly recommend these folks for any garage door installation or service.
