Rey was wonderful! He assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. He was very polite and informative when explaining the repair. Once the spring repair was complete he made sure all of our questions were answered and everything was in good working order before leaving. Couldn’t ask for more!

I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. The problem was promptly diagnosed and in a couple of hours I had a new garage opener with new belt and keypad. Kyle was great in explaining everything and efficiently made the replacement. This company and Kyle both completely deserve 5 stars!

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!

I got home from running errands and closed the garage door. I heard a big BANG! I thought someone or something had hit my door from the outside, so I tried to open the door but it wouldn't open! I called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes, Josh arrived ready to tackle the problem. He replaced the spring and a few other parts and voile my garage door was once again operational. He took time to explain, in terms I could understand, about the mechanics of the system, what was wrong with our old system, and what was needed to repair. The information he provided was thorough and helped my husband and I to determine what was best for us, and for our home. Monday September 29th I went to open my garage door. Did not open but maybe three inches. I called Precision Garage and within 40 minutes Camran was at my front door. He was a perfect gentleman!! He looked things over and showed me what needed to be fixed. He gave me the estimate and began to work. He was very knowledgeable and maybe 50 minutes later was done. I found their add in the Clipp! This was my first time using Precision and use them whenever I have a problem in the future! Thank you very much Precision!!!
