This was not the first time I have used Precision. They are my go-to garage door company. I called on a Sunday morning and the service technician (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived within an hour - very impressive for a Sunday morning. He was courteous and polite. Once technician arrived, I've explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing. Thanks for doing good job.

Winston diagnosed the problem and advised us in detail as to what should be done to correct the issue. When we approved the correction Winston worked quietly and effectively keeping us advised of his progress. Winston exhibited extensive knowledge relating to his work and interfacing with the client.
