Ryan Lanczak arrived a little early which is always good. He did a great job of explaining every and got my permission for every thing he did. I called Precision because you came out a couple of years ago to install new opener and some other things needed for no extra charge. The young man was so nice, pleasant yet business like. Same man came back once again for something minor. Have recommended your Co to others. Was just as impressed today as I was previously. Will continue to use and recommend Precision. I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !

More important, he listened and understood that I plan on replacing the garage door and opener in the near future; therefore, didn't want to put a lot of money into it today.
