Precision's technician Wes did an excellent job of explaining options available to fix our garage door. Due to the door opener's age we opted to get a whole new opener. His work was thorough and he patiently explained all of the new opener's features. He cleaned up his work area afterward and explained the warranties, etc. Very pleased with the job he did. I called Precision with my door problem on Monday at 4 PM and by 5 PM today the garage had a new opener! Wow! What service!

I called in the morning and my door was fixed by the afternoon. Jeremiah called to ask if he could come earlier than he was scheduled. He was able to fix it right on the spot and was super friendly . Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.
