Garage door repair. Our two cars were stuck in the garage and we were not able to get out, called the company that repaired it years ago and was told that they were booked for the next week and a half and was asked if I wanted to set up an appointment, I responded that I could not wait a week and a half to get out. Called another company two weeks ago when I first noticed that something was going wrong, left them a message but no one ever returned my call so I wasn't going to be calling them back! Have always been skeptical about choosing to go online for anything, but I had no choice and I came across Precision who not only had same day service but also let me know who my technician would be and that their vehicles would be clearly marked with their logo. I immediately gave them a call that morning and I was told they would be able to come out between the hours of 10am-12. I was given the technician's name Michael and that he would give me a call 15mins or so prior to his arrival which he did and arrive at my house at exactly 10am. Michael introduced himself and was very respectful, courteous and kind. Not being knowledgeable about what Michael was showing and telling me what he first observed he did so and told me that I will be able to see and understand exactly what he meant as he started and when he completed the job which I eventually did. Thanks Michael for a job well performed and completed in less than two hours.

The serviceman that came to service my garage door opener was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He looked over my garage door opener and stated that it needed to be replaced because it was over 20 years old and can't be repaired. So he installed a new one and explained how to use the system, remotes, and the outside keypad.

I did not like that the guy works on commission and therefore was trying to sell me things I don't think I needed!! Also I called just a few minutes ago as the truck has a major oil leak!! Thank God he backed into my driveway which is painted and therefore the front of vehicle was about 3 feet from end of my driveway. I saw an oil spot about 6 inches wide and about 18 inches long and quickly got busy cleaning it!! If I had not seen it , it would have been a bigger problem but using a cleaner and then scrubbing it with a brush most came off , I then went back a second time and was able to wash it off. If my driveway had not been painted or was a paver driver, this would have been a bigger problem. I notified you guys by phone because I don't want someone else to have this problem!!!

Fantastic service by Robert Garcia! He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment to inspect the garage door and came back an hour later, after we cleared the area, to fix the spring and rollers. He was polite, professional and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend!!!
