From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

Technician arrived on time as promised. A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated - basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. My questions were answered and there was no hard sell. The process to a bit less than 1 hour. I would recommend the company..

I was very pleased that I was able to have an appointment, by the technician, in such a short period of time. The technician called ahead of time, as promised and arrived ahead of the designated appointment time. I was also very pleased with the technician because he said that it would take him approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He was actually finished in about 45 minutes. We had an upgrade to parallel other household work... this included a new opener, door alignment, new springs, external controller. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The linking of the opener to cars and smart phones was much easier than we had anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased by the quality, price, and service. Our installer Frank could not have been more pleasant, helpful, or knowledgable.

After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon. Dalton Merritt arrived on time and installed a belt-driven opener in less time than estimated. Dalton was extremely courteous and quickly and efficiently finished the job. We are extremely satisfied, and the new opener is so quiet.

Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.
