Fantastic service! Called at 2:20 and Jeff was here at 4:30 to fix a broken spring. He ended up updating cables and end plates. Professional, friendly and finished within 75 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and will continue to use along with recommending to anyone who asks!

Michael was my service Technician and answered all my questions and was prompt and courteous. I chose your company by referral. Should I need you in the future I will certainly use you again. I was very satisfied with the service provided. Michael replaced a garage door cushion seal on the bottom of the garage door.

Our door opener was 25 years old and the drive belt had come off. The repairman said it was a “dinosaur” and sold us a $696 new opener with WiFi. He was early getting to our house and worked very quickly doing a great job. He explained the new wall remote and said we needed to download the app so we could use our phones, if needed, to open/close the door. After he left, getting the app installed and working on the first of two phones was simple, as he said. The second phone was not so easy. My only suggestion would be that if a new system is installed at a home where the residents are over 50, that the repairman stay and make sure it is completed. We finally called the company and they had someone call us back who was most helpful. Both phones now work and we are happy. Another note...we had seen on TV that the service call was free. We failed to mention the ad and were told we would be charged $49. I called back to question that and was told you have to mention the ad. (We didn’t remember hearing that on the ad.)They then said they would remove the service charge, which was great...so make sure you mention the ad!!!

Jason whatever your doing to run this company is working. From first contact your phone operator was very pleasant and made sure we had a technician today.Our cable broke on our garage door the day before Dorian was about to go by Jacksonville you had a great tech come to our home and he fixed in half an hour. Our home is on Mill Cove and I was concerned about water coming in but you took care of that worry for us. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Tech Jerimiah called before arriving and also arrived at the time given to me by the office. Jerimiah was professional and knowledgeable on my opener and made sure everything worked and that I was satisfied with the results. I will not use anyone else for problems which may arise with my garage door. Also when I called I was given a time for the next day due to the time I placed the call, but after telling them of my problem they worked me in on the same day. Thank you for the job done well.

Shane Vanburen came out and installed a new garage door opener and oiled the old garage door rollers. My uncle came by the next day and I told him to open the garage door to remove something. Thank you for your professional service. I chose you because you offered same day service and were able to get to my location close to the time advertised. Your technician George was very polite and did his best to resolve my issues. It is unfortunate that my craftsman garage door opener‘s or not A brand that you can repair. I felt the house visit cost to $49 was fair given what was done. I’ll certainly keep you in mind if I choose to completely replace an otherwise working opener that has a hiccup in the logic board.

Garage door wouldn't open on a Friday night. Remembered seeing ads for Precision Door Service for service 24/7, and we needed someone Saturday. Went online, did "chat" online, and scheduled appt for next day. Service tech, George, called first, then was able to come sooner than promised. Introduced himself, and we left him to check things out. He came back, explained our options and the prices. We decided, and he went ahead with the work. Was finished in about 2 hours, as he said. Cleaned up everything, we paid and had all the paperwork sent to our email. We couldn't have asked for any better service!!

Precision was prompt and repaired the door in about 20 minutes. The company initially installed the door in Dec 2016 and removed the old door (and hauled it away) that was 45 yrs old). If you need a new door or repairs on an existing door call Precision. The company is professional and reasonably priced.

No one likes to spend money on home repairs! But this was the most pleasurable home repair we've had so far. We got a call when the service tech, Austin, was on his way, he arrived on time, explained everything very clearly. Before we knew it he was done and our garage door was fixed!
