I called to have our garage door spring replaced and thankfully a technician was able to come out the next day! Wesley arrived early and was so professional and informative. He pointed out a few other issues that our garage door had outside of the broken spring and explained all of the options to me on what can be done to fix the problems. He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to explain the options as well! Once we came to a decision, he started working on the garage door and had it fixed in about an hour. He also assisted me in changing my code and syncing the garage with the button in my car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Precision was very responsive I called and they showed up a hour later. My Garage Door would not close. I had a wonderful technician named Hayden Saari he explained everything to me and fix the spring in the door. The price was very reasonable and fair. Hayden cleaned up the area and went over all the repairs he made. Highly recommend asking for Hayden and will use this company again.

Texted what I needed through the website. New garage door and opener. Mark met us for quote. Was able to come early, which was great. Details of quote were clear. Didn't try to over sell. Recommendations were spot on. Sent quote and got appt set up sooner than expected. The installers Chance and his partner called to see if ok to be a little early. We were told how long it would take and what they would be doing. They cleaned everything up and even painted the wood frame they needed to install to match the door. We are super happy with all of the employees professionalism in talking with them as well as the work completed. It took three months to research and find a company I felt would do a great job. They had the best reputation. Their price was more than fair. I will be using them from now on.
