Very pleased with the service completed. Nate was very informative, courteous and helpful. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and started from the possible simple problem and progressed from there. Fortunately, it was a minor issue that was repaired quickly. The process from calling and setting the appointment to completion was a great experience. I know who I’ll call if and when I need service or replacement.

We are extremely pleased with our service from Precision Door-Jason,in particular. I don't usually write comments for use on websites, but in this case I'm making an exception because Precision Door Service is truly exceptional. I've been a customer for ten years, most recently yesterday, and every interaction - from the ease of finding the right number to call, to reaching a friendly and knowlegeable person on the phone without a long wait, to the service rep who arrives and fixes the problem within hours - is outstanding. The folks at Precision Door Service clearly care about creating a great end to end experience for their customers. Thank you!

Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.
