We've always used Precision Garage Door Service and have never had any issues. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep a complete history of our previous service visits, which makes future appointments so much easier. Our garage door started acting up yesterday, and I was able to book the next available technician. Billy Rose did a fantastic job! He replaced the sensor and the bottom brackets. After a thorough inspection, he also recommended replacing the worn foot drums and rollers which had never been replaced since we bought the house. He performed a complete maintenance check to ensure the springs and all the hardware were properly aligned and operating safely. Billy was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Thank you, Billy for the excellent service!!!

Noah came out to diagnose an unusual noise that started occurring when our garage door was closed. Noah determined that the issue was with the rollers, thoroughly explained the issue, and promptly installed new rollers and lubricated other parts of the garage door. I rarely write reviews, but we had a great experience with Precision. Our garage door spring broke right as we were about to leave town. I booked an appointment at midnight for the next day. Not only did Drew show up right on time, he diagnosed and explained the issues that caused the spring to fail, then had everything repaired and running (better than it used to even) all in the same appointment. He even helped us stay within our budget, and they were more than reasonable on the price. Thanks again Drew.

Have used Precision a few times, Drew came out today to remove the bottom of the garage door from the rear door of my van after my wife didn’t pull far enough out and opened the rear door catching it on the rear window wiper. I’m handicapped and couldn’t do it myself nor could my wife. Drew was very pleasant and professional and took care of the issue quickly. Then checked out the door and the opener making recommendations on things that need to possibly be replaced or repaired. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of any garage door repairs.
