Had a connection part give way between the opener and door. Precision has always been great to work with, so I asked them back. Key points: Very easy to schedule service. Tech called ahead as promised. Arrived on time, surveyed worked required, and provided estimate AND excellent explanation of his plan. Tech was Micheal G who is a very friendly and knowledgeable Technician. Service was very thorough and he provided excellent training. He Represents the very best in service and I will ask for him again when needed.

Second time I have used these folks. Same day service, the technician was there early dressed sharp, immediately began assessing my problems and had them identified and a solution for them. He even did a quick once over on my entire door tightened up some bolts and lubed some berings and such. Excellent value and service. They will always be my first call for garage doors.

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door. As before, the appointment process was easy, and the technician contact was very timely. I needed to replace a 12-year-old garage door opener. The technician had in-depth product knowledge, and he gave me the pros and cons on several models to choose from. His installation workmanship was very professional, and he was very attentive to the details of the installation appearance and the functioning of the new equipment. Nate Lewis arrived at the appointed time (actually early) quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and did the job after I gave my ok. There were a couple of other issues that he called my attention to. I had to pass on his recommendations for now. He did give me a detailed estimate for the other two items and I will tend to them as finances permit. Nate was cordial, informative and professional. I will request him when I have the other two items tended to.

My garage door springs broke on Thursday night and I made a call to precision on Friday around 1200 noon and Britney was able to get a repair tech out toy house that same day vice having to wait days or weeks like other companies. Hayden showed up early and was very knowledgeable in the repairs to my garage door. My garage door was 18 years old and he was able to find other issues that would have broken within the next few months or so. Hayden was very professional and did an exceptional job. I am the original owner of my home and after the repair the door is so much quieter then it has ever been even when first installed. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding job. Will definitely use precision again in the future.
