I called on Friday 4/10 around 3pm to schedule a service for a non-emergent issue. I was hoping to get something scheduled for next week, and was surprised that someone could come the same day. Less than an hour and a tech was here. Colton was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and just overall a nice guy. He was able to quickly find and explain the issue and offer a couple of solutions. We ultimately decided on a new motor (to replace the 25 y/o motor), which Colton had installed pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Precision Door came to the rescue within just 2 hours after we had a spring snap & cables fall loose and so our only car was trapped inside our garage! Thankfully it happened on a weekend, but we were getting ready to leave town and needed to be able to get our car out- and the garage fixed!- as quickly as possible. Even though we are renters, Precision worked directly with us and has a great process to notify our landlord automatically & thankfully our landlord is super responsive and approved the work right away. Our service tech Cameron was very professional and friendly and we had a nice chat about his Scottish background. Highly recommend!
