My garage door was not opening and I decided to book with Precision. I was hopeful they’d be able to come day of as it was a Sunday and I wasn’t sure if they were open. They arrived at my house about an hour and a half after making my appointment! I had a really bad experience with a different company and let Josh know this when he arrived. Unfortunately it was determined that the previous company used the incorrect sized parts on my door, but luckily Josh knew which parts to use and got them fixed right away. I could not recommend this company enough!

There is never a great time for something you use several times a day to break down but when my garage door opener broke it was at an awful time! I had a full day scheduled with appointments and meetings starting soon and a broken garage door was not on my schedule! I called Precision and they showed quickly and were repairing my door in a few minutes. They really helped make an already stressful day from becoming an awful day. Thank you Precision!

My garage door was having trouble closing so I called Precision as my neighbor had great service from them. They were very accommodating and had Josh (tech) out within 2 hours. This wasn’t an emergency but they are quick to respond. Their communication is great. Josh is very professional and knowledgeable. He found out what the problem was and gave me options on how I could proceed. No high pressure sales at all. I had 2 springs replaced and all the hardware that is needed for that and new rollers put on. Josh had the job done in under 2 hours. Everything works great. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Josh.
