Made an appt because my neighbor had his door replaced by your company. When salesman arrived I told him I wanted door and trim just like my neighbor. The salesman told me that was NOT their door? I told him that several doors in my hood were from Precision and that the stickers advertised so? My other neighbor came out to ask the salesman a question and the salesman said I will give u a card? My neighbor just had a question and his door is from Precision. Salesman did not have a customer friendly attitude at all. I told him that I wanted stainless steel nails or screws on my trim. He advised that that was all they used. My neighbors is NOT stainless as it is rusted. So ? I did NOT pursue doing business with this company. Really a waste of my time .

Call for service this morning and a tech was at my home before noon. I call that great response customer's needs. The tech was looked at the job and quickly started to work. He was friendly and polite. He dressed well and I understood all of his statements. I give the tech 5 stars. and the service operator 5 stars for getting him to my home soo quickly.

TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail. Precision Door, I can't thank you enough for your rapid response and the quality and professionalism of your staff. Greatly appreciated!!!!

Precision lived up to its slogan "a name you can trust". My emergency call was answered by a live operator who scheduled my repairs for early the following morning. It took calling back twice before a person answered and was able to schedule my appointment. Both times I called I did have to wait. The first time I called I ended up hanging up because the wait was too long. However, once my appointment was made we could not have been more pleased. The technician called the very next morning to let us know he was on his way. He installed our new opener, keypad, etc., with ease and efficiency. Took time to explain everything. He was a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I would certainly use Precision in the future and recommend them as well.
