Fully satisfied with Precision! Encountered problem at 11:00am. Riley, the tech was here by 1:00pm and completed removal of old unit and rollers and installed new opener and rollers by 4:00pm. Also balanced door, adjusted springs, connected by wifi to my security system and programmed my car! He was very meticulous and thorough. Cleaned everything up before leaving. Highly recommend!

He answered all my questions about the Genie garage door opener. He installed the motor, track, remote, and sensors in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area when he completed the job. When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. He informed me that unit had broken a coupling and recommended a new opener. I said Ok and he quickly installed a new Genie garage door opener.
