I was impressed first of all by the quickness that our tech was able to get to the house to fix our garage door. Tim was great at assessing the issue and coming up with a solution to the problem we were having with our door. He was able to repair the problem quickly and cleanly. The door works so much better now and I am thankful for his professionalism. I highly recommend Precision for anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced.

Spring broke, made a call and they where able to make a same day appt. tech called and was able to arrive early. Tech was very professional and explained all options and answered questions about new units. Fixed door and explained maintenance.

Had the pleasure of Mike Danforth as the tech to address problems we were having with our garage door drive unit. Arrived within the scheduled window, inspected the current system and presented the options available. Knowledgeable on the different systems and the pros and cons of each. Work was completed in a timely manner. Would recommend Precision and Mike to anyone in the St Augustine area.

Alan did an excellent job. He explained the problem and the options available. He was professional and courteous. The finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up. I was most impressed with his presentation. He arrived wearing a mask and aske if it was ok to take the mask off whilel working. I have had too many service providers who completely ignored safety protocols.

FRANK AFTER CALLING AHEAD WITH AN ARRIVAL HEADS-UP, SHOWED UP A LITTLE EARLY WHICH WAS NICE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, MADE A COUPLE OF POWER ADJUSTMENTS, AND IT WAS FIXED. WE DISCUSSED THAT IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WALL UNIT MIGHT BE CAUSING SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE COULDN'T REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM AS THE HOMEOWNER HAD DONE EARLIER. I was impressed. Tim came through in a couple of hours, fixed my garage after a broken cables, which my Tenants notified me of. They charged about market price ($195) and the inspection report, lubing, and shaving a little of my wood panel was appreciated. They quoted me for entire home system repair. Military discount of 5% was applied.

I feel extremely fortunate to have come across this company while searching for garage door repair service. The ease of setting up the appointment - despite it being late in the evening - and the next-day availability was unexpected, though I suppose it shouldn't have been because it was just as it is advertised. The tech, George, arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what could have caused the issue, options for repair, and recommended maintenance routine going forward. He did not try to oversell any services and no extra add-ons for the repair. All in all, what I thought was going to be a hassle and costly turned out to be a breeze and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this company to to friends and family, and would call on them again if needed in the future.

The technician called ahead and arrived on time. He stated the cause of the broken parts and possible future problems. He replaced and installed all parts. Both springs, rollers, cables, bar. Also, adjusted and performed a complete test. Outstanding customer service! I have been a Precision customer for at least 15 years.
