I called at 8:30am and was given a time frame of 10-12, however, Tim called and said he was done with a previous appointment and could be at my house earlier than that. Tim was very professional and efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half. Very happy with the service and would recommend your company to my friend and family.

I appreciated that my technician was exactly on time for my appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was experiencing clearly. He was very efficient in completing the needed repairs. When the job the was completed, he also gave me some clear tips for maintaining the life of my garage door. He also did not attempt to sell me extra parts/repairs that I did not need. Some of my old equipment was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty there. He was a professional in every way.

2nd time using your company due to the Excellent service from a prior visit -Allen the service rep did a great job and very personable. He is a (5) for sure as he installed a new garage door opener as discussed before he began,installed the unit then went over instructions, programmed my control/key pads and told/showed me in the booklet how to put app on my phone. No complaints and I’m not a “noisy neighbor “ anymore yeah!!!

I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.

I was also visited by an installer who was no less impressive than the first person I met from your team. So far I am registering 10's on the scale rating, but I'm pretty sure the work I'm expecting will meet the same outstanding professionalism your team has already shown. Impressive and responsive service! Riley Holloway, the technician dispatched to address my concern was on time. After conducting a thorough assessment, Riley provided me with a few different options. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he proceeded with replacing the springs, replacing rollers, cables, and other worn out components, and conducted general basic maintenance on the garage door. He was honest, extremely hard working, detail focused, and highly efficient. I found the Precision Door Service team to be very professional from the time the call center took my call through until the end when the work was performed and my garage door was fixed. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service and give them 5-stars for their excellent service.

We have used Precision in the past and were very happy with the tech and the work performed so when we needed another garage door repair it was a no brainer to call Precision again. Spring broke on a Saturday and repairs were done first thing Monday morning.
