We purchased a new garage door opener from Precision in 2024. Today, when I arrived home from work, our garage door opened about three inches then stopped. Long story short, it was a broken spring. A very competent technician was able to come within 20 minutes of my call and fixed the spring and other things that were impacting and adding to the spring breaking. We are extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville.

Your service was excellent and my technical representative, Noah, was very professional. His work was neat, he even cleaned my garage floor when the job was complete. I had called for a repair but when we found that my garage door opener was beyond repair, Noah had all the needed supplies to install a new opener. I didn't have to wait for a second trip or for supplies to be ordered. I highly recommend this company.
