The technician was very helpful with providing the right information needed to make a quick decision with how we would proceed with deciding if we should repair or replace the garage door. I selected Precision Garage Door as my previous experience was very positive. On this most recent visit my repair technician was Riley. Riley arrived promptly and explained that he was going to conduct an inspection prior to initiating any work. He quickly and methodically performed the inspection. When he finished he reviewed the results with me. I concurred with his assessment and indicated the work I would like done. He efficiently and throughly accomplished the job. His work exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision and Riley. Riley is a true asset to the company.
