Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville and my technician, Chad, are excellent! They serviced my Ponte Vedra home’s garage door in Oct 2025, doing a full inspection/assessment. I ultimately needed to replace the garage door sensors to ensure smooth operation. Today (Jan 2026), I had concerns about the auto-reverse feature on my garage door — too much resistance needed to make door cease closing & reverse back up. Chad inspected the automatic door opener and all related systems. As a warranty call, he made some setting adjustments to ensure everything was working per proper specs. I’m pleased with Chad’s knowledge & service. And, Precision stands with it’s customers, ensuring work satisfaction.
