My call was answered quickly then I was given a 4 hour window that had already started for service. The technician called to let me know the expected time, reviewed my issue then thoroughly listed all issues in priority of needed repair. My repair was not quick nor easy however it was completed and my door works better than it has for years. My neighbor referred me to your company and I am so happy I called. Thank you for your amazing service.

Precision was referred by a friend. I have been very pleased with the initial service as well as the installation of the new door. Both reps were courteous and knowledgeable. Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service today. Your technician was very informative which means a lot to the senior community as we are on limited budgets. When asked for senior discounts, he was glad to oblige. He informed me that I could convert to belt driven from chain driven and keep my opener. Again means a lot when on a budget. I have been with you since before 2017 and plan to stay because of the service. Now days too many companies try to take advantage if us seniors, so thank you.

I’ve used Precision in the past for repairs and installations, over the past 20 years. I call the morning of 6/23 and within less than three hours a technician arrived. Cameron explain what was needed, gave me an estimate, had parts on his truck, and work was completed within 30 mins. Price was better than expected. A Top Notch company that I would highly recommend!

Same day service! I called at 11:20 and they gave me a four hour window of service from 12 to 4 and arrived at 1:25. I had a broken spring. He assessed the problem and gave me options to let me choose from and was leaving around 2:50. I noticed that the garage door ran smoother and quieter after the repair. So next time when I notice the garage door jerking when it first starts movingit is a symptom of my spring starting to go bad.

I don’t normally write reviews, so me writing this means the service was spectacular. Between the customer service call to get an appointment scheduled al the way to the service, it was easy and fast. Hayden was our technician and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and gave us several different options up front about what could be the issue. We ultimately decided to get a new system installed, which came with sensors, belt, and wires. Hayden walked us through everything, gave us the pricing upfront and truthfully made this experience super easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable so we felt very comfortable making that decision on the spot. Overall, Hayden made this experience amazing. If I had a company that I owned, I would’ve offered him a job on the spot just because of his customer service and knowledge in this field. I definitely recommend!

We have used Precision several times over the year but this time they went above and beyond my expectations. The spring on our large door broke on a Friday afternoon and they sent somebody out right away. (God answered some prayers.) We were particularly impressed with the technician, Hayden. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hayden had our door up and running in no time. Based on our experience we would definitely call them again for future service needs.

My husband and I bought a new garage door opener, and tried to install ourselves, it didn't come with installation paperwork, we watched YouTube videos and looked at the installation manual online but was hard to see on our phone, I called Precision and I am so happy we did! Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!

I called Precision at 4:30 PM and they advised that a serviceman could come to my house between 6-10 PM if that was OK with me. Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely.
