Such great service, easy to get an appointment, Rey our technician was so helpful and explained everything that was going to need to be fixed and then it was done and fixed in less than 2 hours, brand new equipment set up as needed on our ancient garage door, and helped me set up WiFi connection before he left so my garage door is the easiest access it’s ever been! Being Labor Day I didn't think I would talk to a reprehensive let alone set up an appointment for today but I did and was told Tim would be there at 10am, Sure enough, Tim and Jeff pulled into my driveway at 10am, They surveyed what needed to be done and estimated it would take about two hours. Two hours later the job was completed. Both technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for any needed repairs.
