Precision had great reviews on NextDoor website, which is why I chose this company, and I'm glad I did. The technician, Tim, was honest in his assessment of my garage door opener and didn't try to upsell or push any particular product. Was thorough in explaining all issues and answered all my questions. Walked me through operation of the new garage door opener and even helped me program my car to operate the garage door. Super nice guy, and very competent! Would highly recommend this company.

Tim did a good job in explaining what was wrong with my garage door coming down with a bang and said I needed a new opener, which now is just not feasible. I asked him a few more questions and discovered one of the parts that makes the door go up, could really be replaced and would give me some time to get the new opener. I was satisfied with the work Tim did and will get back to Precision when I need to.

Our garage door had been acting up for a little while and finally it just died on us last night. I knew it wasn't good when I saw some pieces flying off of it and knew that it was going to be to much for me to even consider trying to work on it. I had heard some good things about Precision Garage Doors from some neighbors and called them the next morning. Wow, got an appointment for that afternoon and the Service Tech Tim Van Vuren and his asst were on time, explained what they were going inspect and give me options on what the issue is and what is needed. Well they went at it after I told them what little I could tell them that had happened. They diagnosed the problem, we decided how to correct the problem as a team and the went to work to fix the problems. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and went over everything that was done to correct our issue, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone whom needs service or a new garage door installed or repaired. OH and I would request Tim & his assistant !

Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. Timely install of my door package and walked me through everything afterwards. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t want to give my money to any other company. We have used Precision Door before. Tim and his trainee, Tom, were both very professional and did a great job, adhering to CDC guidelines. We only needed a tune-up today, but Tom educated us on new garage doors and garage door openers. When we decide to replace either item, we will ask for Tim and Tom again. They were both very respectful and an asset to your company.

Precision repaired a door opener previously for me. Another opener needed a minor adjustment prior to the sale of my home, and I called Precision because of the stellar service I received before. The tech came out the same day I called and made the minor adjustment. I was grateful for his expertise and quick service. He came to the house within the 2-hour widow the dispatcher gave, and called when he was on his way. Couldn't ask for better service. Good company and good people.

Excellent service! Overhead springs broke, door would not open. Called Precision, they were here, less than 30 minutes. My 20 year old system was on it's last leg. Tim did a great and efficient job. Original garage door opener stopped working- springs shot as well as coupler. New springs, motor, coupler as well setting it up for keyless entry and pairing it with a second garage door. Tim is a true professional and I enjoyed learning about the new capabilities of the new door
