Such great service, easy to get an appointment, Rey our technician was so helpful and explained everything that was going to need to be fixed and then it was done and fixed in less than 2 hours, brand new equipment set up as needed on our ancient garage door, and helped me set up WiFi connection before he left so my garage door is the easiest access it’s ever been! Our garage door arm broke off this morning when I tried to open. I called Precision and they gave same day appointment. Technician Rey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the arm to make everything work properly. He also gave suggestions on replacing the opener and door. For now this was our best and cheapest outcome. Will definitely call Precision in future when we are able to replace.

Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost.
