Mr Davis (Reggie) is one the most organized technicians I have ever observed. He arrived well within the estimated appointment time frame and was neatly dressed. He quickly surveyed the situation and correctly diagnosed the problem. He presented me with several options and and I chose one. He brought his tools and parts into the garage and went to work. He never needed to go back to his truck. When he was done he explained all the options andeft the garage the way it was when he arrived. Very professional technician.

Reggie ranks above almost everyone of the people we have had come to our home for repairs etc. He called ahead of time and said if we wanted he could come earlier. We deeply appreciated him doing this. He arrived with gloves and mask, as we requested. He looked at the garage door, and immediately identified the problem. It was a broken spring. We agreed on the project and he immediately went to work. We could not believe how fast and accurate he was. He lubricated our door, cleaned up and was done in record time. Reggie is a superb representative of your business. Without question, if you have a rewards system for outstanding employees, he should given one immediately. I don't say this lightly since I have run many business, government and other wise, and you just don't find many people as qualified, polite, and efficient as Reggie. We chose Precision Garage Door Service after researching all other companies in the area. Reggie Davis was the technician assigned to us and we could not be more pleased. He was actually 10 minutes early for our appointment (after first calling us to say he would be early). We were very impressed with his knowledge and also his professional demeanor. Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an 'out of the box' remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife's treatments and his imagination in fixing our door. It works great!
