I called around 11:30, Amanda told me that Nate would be here between 12:00 and 2:00, and would call first. About 15 minutes later I got a call from Nate to tell me he was on the way. About 15 minutes after that, Nate arrived. Diagnosed my problem and gave me the estimate..He said he had the necessary parts with him and it would take 30 to 45 minutes. About 40 minutes later my repair work was completed satisfactorily and everything worked perfectly Nate was very friendly and accommodating. Good service. I certainly would use Precision Door again.

I called for an appointment around 2:00 was scheduled for 4-6 the same day. Nate called at 3:45 to come and was there promptly at 4:00. Estimate and service was done within an hour or so and my garage door is working perfectly! I would highly recommend precision

I have to say I am honestly blown away at the service I received from this company. My husband and I bought a house with a 3-car garage. The doors were not working properly. I called Precision simply expecting to get on their schedule for an inspection/repair. Nope....much better. A service guy actually arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired the doors. Definitely EXCEEDED my every expectation including price. GREAT JOB!!

Precision Door Service did a terrific job! Nate was our service technician. He was very professional, polite and accommodating with my numerous questions. We needed a spring replaced and other worn various parts. When I inquired about the our non-functioning remote keypad, he was able to replace the keypad with a new one. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others.

I was having problems with my remote not working, Nate Lewis came out, very knowledgeable,professional and all around cool guy. He explained in depth how and why garage door openers fail. After trying different remotes and receiver to no avail, I ended up getting a new opener. Nate had the work done in an hour or so and the price was less than I thought it would be! The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the springs with stronger ones and the worn out rollers with new ones. lubricated all the hinges and rollers. The door goes up and down smoothly now, and without all the squeaks and pops it had before. I can't be any happier with the work. The were very prompt as well, I called yesterday and it is repaired today.

Communication between customer, scheduler, customer service and technicians is a nightmare. I got 9 emails about the same job. Had to make 4 phone calls and occupied my entire day on a very simple repair. I don’t want this posted but - I hope the management looks at this they’re the problem. The employees are actually nice.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!

TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail.
