It took calling back twice before a person answered and was able to schedule my appointment. Both times I called I did have to wait. The first time I called I ended up hanging up because the wait was too long. However, once my appointment was made we could not have been more pleased. The technician called the very next morning to let us know he was on his way. He installed our new opener, keypad, etc., with ease and efficiency. Took time to explain everything. He was a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I would certainly use Precision in the future and recommend them as well.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Door Service and both times I was very pleased. The gentlemen that came out were nice and knowledgeable. They gave me choices of what would fix the problem and didn't try to push the purchase of new products. When I do need a new door or opener I, definitely, will call them.
