Your technician Mike arrived at the appointed time and was extremely personable. He performed a comprehensive inspection of the door and made recommendations for its' repair. There was no pressure whatsoever to "upsale". After agreeing on the work to be performed he assured me that he had everything on his truck to complete the job. As he started the repair it became evident that he knew what he was doing and I would have nothing to worry about. Mike completed his work in a timely manner and answered any and all questions that I had. My door now works better than it did when new. I will highly recommend Mike and your company to any friends and family should they require services.

I had requested an estimate to replace the weather stripping on my 20 year old garage door and opener. When Mike Danforth arrived, he said he would first inspect the door, opener, etc. then review the results. At first I thought he would tell me their were numerous problems and try to convince me these issues would need to be corrected. However, I very please when he said everything looked good except the chain needed to be tightened and the rollers needed to be replace - both of which I agreed with. When he was finished he went over everything he provided me with a checklist of what had been inspected and what was done. I was so impressed, I went ahead and renewed the service agreement. Mike was very professional, courteous and thorough and I recommend Precision to everyone.

Mike was on time and completed all the work (pretty extensive) in about 1.5 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, was professional and friendly. Called another company first who wouldn't be able to come until Monday (it was Friday). I then called Precision and they came within the hour. Lifetime warranty on all the parts is a big bonus also.

We had a whole new garage door opening system installed on the same day we placed a service call. The technician was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. Frank cassity was very efficient and discussed the problem with our old unit and when we decided to buy a new unit he explained the difference between the new units without pushing one unit, over the other. Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. The door of course now works smoothly and quietly. 5 stars.
