We have used Precision Overhead Garage door service to have a door installed and also the door opener quite a few years ago. We were having problems with the door opener a few days ago and a call to the company had a technician out the next day, which was Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised there was no extra charge. The tech came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and was gone in a very short time. He was so very nice and very professional. You cannot go wrong with this company!! We are so pleased with them and have been for years.

I was pleased with the service which was to make adjustment to the door sensors. Mike explained the problem and then took care of it ..He suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the near future and keep the door hinges lubricated for best performance.

I was very please with the work done and rhe time Jason took with me explaining things to me. I am a senior and it nice when you can call get someone on phone and then they let me know I have the wrong springs on the door .Working on getting this corrected by A1A Overhead Doors who in stall then.

We had a short visit; We talked about what I needed, The order was written , the fellows did a minor repair, we finished the paper work to order a new door, I wrote a check for $700.00, we shook hands, we said we see you in about four weeks, and left. I am very satisfied with their visit.

I called for an appointment and they came the same day and fixed the rails, new rollers, new springs, new cable, etc. I will say I did not "shop" for prices so I cannot comment on that, but they were so courteous and I needed the repair right away. They took all the debris (old parts), with them and everything was great when I got home. I was able to have them call me when they were finished, and pay over the phone.

You all have been out on two separate calls and both times your people have been dry prompt, courteous, clean uniformed and professional. The last service crew led by Michael were really nice and helpful. AND they were here within an hour and a half of my call on a Saturday. I think that is exceptional. Good way to run a company.
